Cardboard SDK is an open-source SDK that allows you to create immersive VR experiences across both Android and iOS platforms. You can create new VR experiences and enhance existing VR apps by using essential VR features like motion tracking, stereoscopic rendering and user interaction. Cardboard SDK includes everything you need for creating your own Virtual Reality (VR), experiences for Google Cardboard. It supports key VR features such as motion tracking and stereoscopic rendering. The viewer button allows for user interaction. These capabilities allow you to create new VR experiences or enhance existing apps that have VR capabilities. The Cardboard SDK can be used to transform a smartphone into an immersive VR platform. Smartphones can display 3D scenes using stereoscopic rendering, track head movements and interact with apps by detecting when the user presses on the viewer button.
