Summary: I love the product's relationship with Ecanvasser. Once you get the data into Ecanvasser, CallHub seamlessly integrates the various digital and phone contact points with your door-knocking operation.
Positive: Combined with Ecanvesser, CallHub can act as a very good CRM. It is especially useful for local campaigns where the budgets are small but data is everything.
Negative: You need to have, at some point, used a product like this before and be familiar with database marketing to set it up easily.

Summary: My grassroots organization adores CallHub for its cheap pricing, professionalism, and the ability to get out the vote on issues that matter to us!
Positive: I like the professional aspect of this software, the workflow and the ability to manage agents and set specific time frames lets you have control over your campaign like no other software does.
Negative: The specs on pricing can be a bit confusing, ie how much I spend per phone call, how much money I've spent in the last week, etc. For data driven campaigns, these stats can be lacking compared to the other information CallHub offers.

Positive: Easy to set up. Support is available when you need help. Had two guys jump on a zoom call to make sure my initial campaign was set up right. Great support.
Negative: The fact that it needed that support was a little annoying. Not as intuitive as I'd like. But that's a small thing especially since support was there to help.

Summary: Overall we have really enjoyed using CallHub and will continue to use it. We recommend CallHub to those that want an easy system that has many options and at a great price. We also found their Customer Service to be outstanding. A call out to Jacob for his amazing help and great work!
Positive: CallHub is very easy to use and learn. There is so much you can do in setting up a call campaign. We have successfully called over 25,000 people. A great pick up rate, our voicemail drops people say sounds like we left it in person instead of a system dropping the pre-recorded message. The data capturing options and information on the screen is great and my callers really enjoy using the system. And CallHub is constantly adding new features, we can't wait to test out their emailing function.
Negative: We had one issue years ago when we first started using CallHub, but they have grown very far and have since fixed all those beginning issues.

Summary: I am enjoying the system and continue to use it without any issues. This allows me to also send out texts automatically which saves time.
Positive: The system is user friendly, straight forward, allows to text mms, and rarely does it ever not work. The system is properly handled and is always running efficiently.
Negative: The export of files don't include all of the columns that are imported into the list which creates an extra step.

Positive: It’s easy to use and the support team is amazing. Plus the rates can’t be beat! I’d tell everyone to use them hands down.
Negative: I got stuck in a loop but that was my user error. Again the support team helped me out and got me back on track.

Summary: I need to preface this review that I've run call center campaigns with CallHub last Fall and this Winter/Spring, which was a part of a large campaign which was probably a large contract. I can't comment on what it would be like if I started a campaign on my own from scratch, but it seems like the tech team has been working hard to accomodate the needs of that contract which includes 60 different groups throughout California. Shoutout to Sam Briggs and his team.
What I do know is compared to other predictive dialers, this one seems pretty user friendly and I like the functionality compared to similar products, although I haven't tried them all.Positive: - Phone App works well
