Thankfully I found CallHub Date: Feb 15 2024
Summary: I like the system and intend to expand our usage as our cold calling needs continue. The ability to pay as you go is a game changer.
Positive: The system is simple enough that you can quickly and efficiently build a campaign without losing pertinent functionality.
Negative: Integration options for HubSpot are not available.

The best robo-calling platform in the market Date: Feb 14 2024
Summary: It has been excellent and support has been very good too. I will be continuing to use CallHub because it's helped us with our marketing efforts and has everything we need.
Positive: It does exactly what you need it to do better than any other platform in the market. It calls recipients properly (not just a 1-2 second call) and successfully drops a voicemail clip or plays the audio as specified in the campaign settings. Most other platforms out there fail to call properly let alone drop the correct audio at all. CallHub is the best one on the market. Has all the capabilities and functionalities you need for a successful robocall campaign.
Negative: Sometimes the voicemail drop is not the full clip. It gets disrupted or replays half way. It seems to be some technical glitch? Another thing is needing to check whether the number you have verified has been flagged by a carrier which means you need a new number to use.

Phone banking for climate march (EU) Date: Apr 22 2024
Summary: We compared a number of tools, including Cloudtalk, Aircall, and others, and CallHub is the only one in EU well suited for working with a varying team of volunteers.
Positive: GDPR compliant and number of calling agents decoupled from fee (you can add unlimited agents, which is essential for working with groups of volunteers as opposed to a payed (sales) team.
Negative: There seem to be some issues with compatibility with chrome browser.

So Far So Good Date: Apr 19 2024
Summary: As I said before, this has been easy to use. I haven't run into any major issues. So far, this has been good.
Positive: This platform has been user friendly and intuitive. The help info is useful when needed as well. So far, so good.
Negative: It would be better to know pricing more upfront. That would be helpful for those who don't wish to schedule an appointment to speak to someone.

A Solid Dialing Platform for a Small/Mid-Sized Nonprofit Date: Apr 13 2024
Summary: While there are certain drawbacks to this system, I do not regret choosing CallHub to meet our non-profit's calling / text messaging needs. Once you know the system, it is fairly straight-forward to get new campaigns set up and managing campaigns is easy. I would recommend this platform to anyone who is looking to get started with a dialer, or who uses any of the CRMs with native integrations.
Positive: After physically dialing on outbound campaigns for years, this affordable platform transformed the way we did campaigns at our organization. It made year-end thankathon campaigns less painful for our staff (reducing the time required dramatically and letting us call more donors as a result), it brought needed organization to our weekly call campaigns to new donors, and you couldn't ask for a more supportive Customer Success team. Setting up campaigns is easy; we were set up and calling in our first week.
Negative: I don't like that it doesn't integrate easily with our CRM (Virtuous). We're struggling to leverage the Zapier integration in the way we need to to free ourselves from needing to manual import/export every campaign. Does not differentiate between text / voice campaign opt-outs for calling / text messaging.

Good product for smaller business with fluctuating needs Date: Apr 12 2024
Summary: Overall, the product is easy to use. There is a bit of a learning curve. It is great for companies with a fluctuating workforce of part timers and casuals that need to scale up and down quickly without wanting to commit to licenses.
Positive: The best thing about CallHub is that they don't require you to buy any licenses. This allows you to add many callers (especially when you have mostly part time and casual callers) to the campaign quickly without having to commit to any licenses and scale back down once the campaign is complete. It also includes a lot of features that many other apps charge a premium for.
Negative: There are a few big cons.
Firstly, the reporting and analytics could be improve. The data and reporting is not very consistent and easy to use.
The second big con is the cost per minute is higher, but that's the trade off for not needing to commit to licenses.
Lastly, this product is still more tailored/designed for B2C interactions than B2B interactions. -

Great! Date: Mar 03 2024
Summary: Worth it for campaigns who are small and even large. Most people who don't have database experience can figure it out.
Positive: Good system and pretty intuitive and good to set up for campaigns that you need in a jiffy. It's also easy to set up as an administer.
Negative: Learning curve for agents is just okay, the webpage UI isn't great. The app is much better.

Very Useful with Good Integration & Caller Experience Date: Feb 28 2024
Summary: I've been using CallHub, first as a volunteer then as a nonprofit employee, for 5 years now, and it's been a major help. I've used it both for call center and text broadcast campaigns. I would recommend this tool to people trying to grow a movement.
Positive: CallHub is very easy to use from the caller perspective after brief training, with good note-taking and campaign progress features. My organizations have used Nationbuilder, and the integration is generally fantastic- it pulls the information in and sends it back as logged calls and tags (there's a reason we haven't switched platforms). The interface is quite intuitive for administrators and I appreciate that they've added features over time.
Negative: As an administrator, the experience of setting up a campaign can be a clunky: my main complaints are (1) the need to cycle through the entire campaign before saving progress and (2) the fact that the page needs to refresh each time you add or move around script questions.

Also, without paying more money you can't have multiple admin accounts, so everyone has to share an email/password.
One feature suggestion is to let callers affect paths in Nationbuilder from CallHub. -

User friendly system with umpteen features. Edited: Feb 27 2024
Summary: I find that the price is good and believe once the person is well trained into using it, the whole software is much more user friendly than what it appears to be.
Just as I was about to get exasperated about support,
Mahesh (Support) stepped in from no where and was prompt in responding and resolving issues.Positive: I like how comfortable it is to obtain auto-reply for a SMS message broadcast.
I also like the options for for SMS broadcast, audio broadcast and many others that I have yet to try.
Great service support and availability of user guides.Negative: 1. Unless, I am not fully trained in using this, I found that a campaign had to revisited from a scratch to assign another campaign of exactly same type for a new set of contacts.

2. Wish I could add to an existing campaign newer contacts without having to revisit the who campaign.
3. Wish there is an option to identify, landline and cell phone number or auto filter to distinguish landlines from a csv file of contacts.
4. Wish there were more characters for a SMS message. Sending 2 or 3 SMSs is not a good option to register a good message in the minds of people. -

CallHub is great! Date: Feb 15 2024
Summary: We were looking for a platform that could mass text, mass call and have a one-to-one text feature. It's everything we were looking for in a software.
Positive: CallHub is easy to use and delivers results. They also have great customer service. It's exactly what my business needs.
Negative: We just started using CallHub. There is not something I do not like about it so far.

This service has saved our org money, but is finicky Date: Feb 14 2024
Summary: Overall I am very happy with CallHub. It has saved our organization a ton of labour hours, and helps filter out members who want to authentically engage with our labour union. It also paints an accurate picture of how many members don't seem to want to engage, and helps us develop strategy to have them authentically engaged. I just wish their automatic detection systems were more accurate, and that it was easier to get ahold of customer service.
Positive: I love how easy it is to set up different campaigns, generally speaking. Overall the cost is affordable. The text campaigns are extremely affordable and very easy to get in touch with your members/call list quickly.
Negative: Voicemail broadcast issues, unfortunately. For a world that has more cellphones than landlines now, I wish they'd improve auto use of voicemail. Their system is still unable to discern between a human and voicemail recording efficiently and it ends up causing a lot of issues for broadcasts.

When creating a campaign, and being prompted to add a phonebook or new recording, it opens a separate window to upload the file, but when you do and go back to your campaign, you have to hit refresh and start setting the campaign up again. CAD to USD makes it pricier and unpredictable for Canadian users. -

Great tool for different types of campaigns Date: Feb 13 2024
Summary: Have helped campaigns use CallHub for multiple use cases. It's easy to scale and the pricing structure is also pretty good, you don't have to pay a lot if you're not using it.
Positive: The number of solutions present in the platform is a definite plus. The workflows feature is also great and takes care of a lot of manual work.
Negative: There can be a learning curve to get used to the tool.

Useful, but complicated Date: Feb 23 2024
Summary: After asking a lot of questions, I understand that basics of how to use the text broadcast and text-to-join programs.
Positive: This is a useful program that I use to advertise monthly seminars at my school. It is more cost effective than the ParentSquare platform that my district currently uses for text broadcasts. The support person (Ashish typically answers my questions) is very helpful and polite.
Negative: I don't find it to be very user-friendly or intuitive. I have to ask a lot of questions of the tech support. I also wish there was an option to speak to tech support on the phone instead of just live chat.

Okay, but not great Date: Feb 23 2024
Summary: The service worked alright once it was set up, but the 10DLC registration process is cumbersome and there are other vendors that will do this work with less headache. We have moved on to Scale to Win.
Positive: The service does work once it's set up. They did replace a phone number during a campaign automatically when it was flagged as spam by carriers.
Negative: 10DLC registration process was very cumbersome. We were made to make changes to our website that did not apply to our situation, just to satisfy their requirements. The registration lapsed after 3 months because we did not keep money in the account when we were not using the service, and the registration process started all over again to set it back up. They couldn't even use the same information from the previous registration.
