    Positive: Calilio has best user interface and also has good Customer support team also the pricing is Good for user.

    Negative: For my use case, i don't think i find any cons till date.

    Summary: My overall experience with Calilio has been great. It’s affordable, user-friendly, and their 24/7 support is excellent. The only drawback is the lack of integrations—I’d love to see CRM and Shopify integration added in the future.

    Summary: I purchased a USA phone line along with an Ireland virtual number with SMS. After an hour on tech support, I was informed that the Ireland number does not support SMS although the Calilio website says it does. I was informed the website was not correct. I requested a full refund the same day, and I was only issue a partial refund. Calilio stated that $8.10 were third-party charges and I am not entitled to a refund even though their website information was false. Where is the responsibility from Calilio?

    Positive: nothing really, their website stated false information and Calilio did not take appropriate action in refunding my purchase.

    Negative: really bad customer support over chat. they simply follow scripts and do not pay attention to what is being communicated.
