The interface is simple and intuitive, and setting it up was straightforward. While it could offer more customization options, it does an excellent job streamlining support workflows, especially for cases with lots of emails, calls, and notes. Overall, it's a valuable addition if you want to boost your team's support efficiency without extra complexity.
