Charge point operators, installers, and fleet teams use ELVO to run their charging networks from one web platform, with a companion driver app on iOS and Android.
Day to day that means live station status and remote commands such as reset, unlock, and diagnostics; a three level hierarchy of sites, clients, and users across nine roles; dynamic load management so a group of chargers shares one power limit on a schedule; physical and virtual RFID cards with bulk import and reservations; tariffs built from energy, parking, and idle components with time of week rules; Stripe payments with pre-authorization and a driver wallet; alerts when a station drops offline; and reporting on energy delivered, utilization, revenue, and uptime. Roaming runs over OCPI in both the CPO and the eMSP role, and Romanian sites can issue e-invoices through ANAF.
Nothing here is tied to one charger vendor. Any station that speaks OCPP connects, and ELVO is compatible with 700+ charger models, Wallbox, Alfen, Keba, and ABB among them. ELVO holds an OCPP Full and Security certification that is publicly listed on the Open Charge Alliance website, station traffic is secured by TLS over wss, and the company is ISO 27001 certified.
