Summary: Excellent service, recordings are crisp and easy to listen to. Staff is helpful and attentive to issues, including going above and beyond what should be required of them. Love it and will continue to use for our buisness.
Positive: Very useful, straight forward and efficient. Fast load times. Staff always on hand to answer questions. Even when something was difficult went out of their way to help us get our system working again within minutes, many times due to the phone system, not their recording one
Negative: Non intuitive phone number lookup. Have to place brackets and dashes to have phone number work, cant just enter 10 digits. Barely an issue.

Summary: 5 Stars overall. Really happy with our experience with the Hansen Cash+ Call Recoding Software as well as their staff and techs. They are always very friendly and happy to assist with helping out. Very highly recommend this software and service they provide.
Positive: The peace of mind knowing you can access call recordings and listen to a conversation you or one of your employees had with a customer- days, weeks, months or years prior is extremely comforting. It also provides us with savings on our yearly errors and omissions policy because we implement this software within our brokerage.
Negative: The software can be a bit daunting if you are not tech savvy. Also the time delay between the computer that runs the software and phone system can cause the software to appear that the call recording is missing or was not recorded. This can be a bit of a hassle having to call tech support to locate a call recording when needed.
