    Summary: I loved this app when it first came out but over time it has become much less reliable as you have to login every 15 minutes because for some reason, they aren't smart enough to code in auto refresh

    Positive: When we first went live over 5 years ago, it was a blessing not having to answer the phone all the time.

    Negative: Over the last year, the quality of the site and app have started to crash more and more and now you get logged out at random and then you are told you aren't authorized to view the site and have to login again
