    In my view

    Summary: A decent looking package well put together, but I will not be purchasing it due to the slow conversion rates

    Positive: It seems user friendly and easy to understand. Once you find that you actually have to pay for it after a trial period, it is pretty cost effective.

    Negative: I was lead to understand by the promotion material that it was free. Users can be mislead by this. Generally I found the recognition and conversion times exceedingly and frustratingly slow.

    My worst nightmare

    Summary: It took me 2 hours to try and get this CSR to understand ,that I had not received the correct version, and he kept repeating that he sent to me the 2021 version. I am stuck with the 2020 version for 1 year. He said that even though the software said it was 2020, it was really 2021 due to technical difficulties they were experiencing. I am fed up and after this year is over, will use another company, if I can find one.

    Positive: I downloaded the 14 day free trial out of desperation as I had some very time sensitive documents which required immediate PDF formatting. I still had 9 days left on my free trial, however, I called the company, and was sold a one year subscription at 50% off cost price.

    Negative: After I purchased the PDF Suites 2021 for 50% off, I received a link from the customer service agent, and downloaded it. The link said 2021 software, yet the download contained 2020 software. I called the same person back who sold me this program, and he said they were having technical issues, and that 2020 was really 2021 software.
