    Summary: Great enough that I recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances who trade in bitcoin and crypto, hope it only gets better.

    Positive: The support guys in this exchange are really good and actively solve issues. I’ve been using them since 2017.

    Negative: Some technical glitches are there sometime and it can get stuck sometimes.

    Summary: I lost nearly one lakh because I couldn’t transfer crypto external wallet so i had to sell it. Total rip off.

    Negative: Customer service is very bad.
    Overcharge on crypto buy.
    High fees.
    Crypto withdrawal doesn’t work for days
    Their customer service is verrry poor.
    Their phone never answered.
    Finally their email support never respond.
