Summary: Overall we would highly recommend this program to anyone. It will help with streamlining all processes to save time and money in the long run. Highly recommend

Positive: We have been using Buildium for 8+ years. It streamlines all of our processes from tenant screening, rent collection to work orders. I love the Resident Center in which our tenants can submit work orders, upload pictures and videos of issues, they can communicate through the system as well as pay their rent and view documents. It is phenomenal. We recently started using the reconciliation function which will save us so much time that we can then spend on growing our business. One thing I can attest to, is over the years, the improvements that were made based on feedback of users like us. It's hard to find a program that will evolve as an industry evolves to stay ahead of the learning curve.

Negative: My only con might be the fees that are beginning to roll out. For instance we started using the inspection reports but now there will be a charge. So we will create our own forms to use because the last thing we want is to add to our expenses of day to day operations. I don't like when companies are unable to sustain a function or partnership, and they start charging for things not once charged.

I would like to see more of a CRM aspect to Buildium and it would be perfect!

Summary: Highly recommended. Could be a bit prettier but does the job well! I recommend to people all the time.

Positive: I like all the integrations in one app for bookkeeping, leasing, memos, maintenance requests, billing etc.

Negative: I wish it could appear white labeled
Mobile App neeeeeeds work- not intuitive like on a laptop

I would add a Microsoft teams element to make it better for team communication and maybe add an invoice maker for contractors to bill.

Summary: This is central to my property management business. I manage multiple commercial properties, and my tenants love the ease of rent payment. I like the reporting part of it.

Positive: Buildium is easy to setup and use. I like the accounting features in Buildium better than some other accounting software products. I have been using Buildium since 2010 and I love it. We started on Buildium with couple of residential units. Today we manage huge portfolio of commercial real estate. I like the financial reports, EFT features to receive the rent as well electronic payments to vendors are huge time saving features.

Negative: It would be useful if it can create a bill based on an email attachment from a vendor.

Summary: I have been very happy with the product overall and would not consider changing to another software.

Positive: Buildium has adapted and added features and integrations that have been very helpful. The customer service has always been excellent.

Negative: I would really like the Task system to be updated to be able to track time so in house maintenance can track for billing

Summary: For a small property management company like ours, Buildium offers all the tools we need to be responsive to our tenants and conduct our business. I really can't say enough about how they made onboarding easy and continue to provide support when we run into new situations.

Positive: Support team is responsive and helpful. The software itself is easy to use and makes maintenance requests, rent collection and tenant communications a breeze. Buildium Academy courses and articles were especially helpful to get our company up and running.

Negative: There could be additional customization options and functionality for email and website.

Summary: Overall the system is great, user friendly and customer service is good. I have recommended Buildium to other agents.

Positive: I have been using Buildium for over 10 years and it is user friendly and keeps thorough records and offers many user options. I am not very tech savvy and the system is fairly easy to understand.

Negative: I have had difficulty with my Rental Listings to properly sync to the search websites in a timely manner. It seems to take multiple calls to customer service for one of the representatives to finally figure out the issue and get it right.

Summary: Will recommend. Overall great app and reasonable price. Makes running the business less stressful

Positive: Great customer service. They are patient for the most part and knows the product well enough to get your issues resolved on the first call, easy to use app.

Negative: Hard to get a hold of the beginning of every month and the app does not have all the features yet hopefully soon.

Summary: I think Buildium was the best decision for me as a brand new and very small property manager. I have been very pleased from the very first day!

Positive: I was brand new to property management and had no idea where to begin. Buildium's platform made it so easy for me to learn the "computer end" of things while also learning to navigate all of the OTHER aspects of PM. The best part was the tireless support of Buildium's customer service staff. I probably called 10 times a day those first two years, and I was greeted with a happy voice - and answers! - every single time. I love Buildium's willingness to entertain ideas for things we'd like to see added or changed.

Negative: I appreciate the things that growth brings but also miss some of that "small company" feel that we experienced in the beginning.

Summary: It has been smooth and easy so far with inputting and setting the system up. We are first time property managers and this system has taken a difficult task and made it simpler.

Positive: Great assistance with signing up. System is fairly simple. Really enjoyed the Buildium Academy. A big help!

Negative: Have not found a con yet. If i did need to point one out i would say response time from support.

Summary: Buildium is a great company that has helped out HOA run on our own. I enjoy being able to learn new things daily

Positive: Love Buildium and how easy it is to use the program. Each month I can review our projected budget, monthly income and who 's late with payments. There are so many more items I use each day.

Negative: It would be nice to be able to talk to a live person.

Summary: I would highly recommend, I've been using it for years and don't know where I would be without Buidium.

Positive: It's easy to use and very user friendly! Their customer service is great, the price is great. I learned it all in a week or so for the basics.

Negative: I wish the app worked better on my phone. Other than that not much.

Summary: Great Platform and Above and Beyond Customer Service! There are many different companies out there to use and none of them come close to the excellence that Buildium is.

Positive: Buildium is very user friendly! But the most important thing I love about Buildium is the customer service! When you call Buildium you actually get to a real person to help with whatever you might need help with! I love all the webinars they produce as well!

Negative: Can't really think of any cons. Everything about Buildium is easy.

Summary: It has been a breeze using Buildium, it has definitely made my job much easier keeping everyone informed on the progress of each task.

Positive: Buildium makes uploading invoices and pictures very easy, we are able to have communication with the tenants throughout the task.

Negative: No dislikes at all everything works very well simple to use keeps everyone in the loop.

Summary: I enjoy using the software, but I would prefer to have videos or training courses to achieve fun badges to use and understand Buildium to the fullest.

Summary: In case of unforeseen events, Buildium is very helpful in organizing repair and maintenance tasks of rented or in the process of renting, and to carry out better controls on the solvency of tenants within each property. Buildium is one of the best and most useful rental management services.

Positive: Buildium puts at our disposal management tools with which collecting property rental payments is fast and secure. With Buildium we can control lists of properties that are in the process of renting, or we can manage information about overdue payments or other pending payments. With its task list we can create annotations of each problem to be solved in the properties.

Negative: The list of properties for rent is not updated as quickly, so you have to wait for the properties published within the platform to appear visible to the public. Once they have been published, the Buildium platform does not notify us about it by email. From Buildium it is not possible to send text messages to clients using other platforms.
