Your audience will be contacted by phone on their mobile or landline phone. They will have the opportunity to opt-in to take your automated survey. They will be prompted to answer the call by a prerecorded message, or a live lobby host, describing the nature of the call. They will then begin their poll and enter their answers via their phone's keypad. Drag-and-drop makes it easy to create your poll.
