Summary: Overall I really like it, I have used SendPulse, SendGrid, Mailchimp, and many more. But it is among the few that offers a really good balance between cost, tools, and performance. The customer support is absolutely incredible, nothing comes close to it in that aspect.

Positive: I love Brevo for simplistic yet robust email marketing tools that allow for automated campaigns, transactional emails, and more. Its SMTP tools and API allow for easy integration with WordPress and is useful for sending mails. The dashboard has really nice graphs and analytics, with support for filters to better understand data. It also send periodic emails to me keeping me up to date with all account activities.

Negative: Nothing in particular, although I am not a fan of there super high pricing for pay-as-you-go plans. It can be brought at par with the periodic subscriptions.

Summary: Sendinblue made the extraction of leads from email marketing extremely effortless. It lets us create professional newsletters, and contact pages using basic drag-and-drop customisation from pre-built templates. Overall, Sendinblue is an ideal tool for bulk email marketing.

Positive: The biggest positive impact I experienced after implementing Sendinblue is in sales growth. It helps to bring in more customers. It helps to deliver more personalized emails using its automated algorithm. You can drag and drop from pre-built layouts to customize the interface.

Negative: Sometimes it sends multiple duplicate emails to same users.

Summary: Overall, Sendinblue is high performing tool that helped my team to achieve goals very easily. Its CRM-integrated feature helps to make our campaign meaningful. The automation options like scheduling work great. I highly recommend it!!

Summary: Our belief about Sendinblue is that the software complies by offering cross-platform functionality, because it is not relevant how many thousands of mails are sent daily, but the quality of the deployment under which you work sending and scheduling the mails, which should always be the most stable.

Positive: With Sendinblue there are not many limitations when it comes to adding new lists with recipients when managing email sending sequences. Sendinblue includes a set of templates that we can use by default to work with, or that we can simply edit and customize at our convenience. We strongly recommend working with Sendinblue for sending mailing lists. Given the quality with which messages can be created within its editor, it is best to simply create an external template and copy it into Sendinblue, to add in it all the characteristics of the message. Sendinblue is good for including databases from other marketing services.

Negative: Sendinblue has no adaptability to marketing services specializing in customer deals, or to support services. This means that there is no way to connect the platform to any service of this kind in order to collect customer data and support sessions, and add them to dynamic emails.

Summary: Sendinblue has a very promising scope, which can be reached without any previous experience in working with email modeling, since it already has its own editor so that emails can be customized at your convenience, and if required, apply a template to speed up the work.

Positive: Unlike mass marketing services such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue shows much more variety when it comes to implementing strategies for campaigns to have some reach. They are noticeably easier to schedule, and with so many stable templates, it's great to save time in taking care of scheduling future operations.

Negative: Reactivity reports are not as varied, which unlike their email editor leaves a lot to be desired. Sendinblue does not adapt well to work from cell phones, as the vital buttons do not show the same comfort of use in both working modes - desktop and mobile - so working on desktops is more comfortable.

Summary: My overall experience has been great with being able to daily interact with subscribers using my campaign newsletters. It was easy and enjoyable building a campaign with Sendinblue.
