Summary: Brave has made it possible for more than 400 employees across our company to have a satisfying experience while browsing the internet. I feel comfortable since I started using Brave, it is a browser that has a higher data encryption, anything I search on the internet within this browser, will not be able to be filtered by my internet provider, also, anyone who has access to my router, you won't be able to access my search history because Brave doesn't save this type of information on the router. It has been perfect to use Brave to navigate the internet, I have been able to access business material online, I have been able to access most of the websites natively, in addition, Brave has Google Search built-in by default, which guarantees search results more accurate. My experience with Brave has been perfect.
Positive: Brave is an excellent browser to be used as a data-intensive browser. Brave has fascinated me because it has an extremely low consumption on any type of device, it does not matter if you are using it on a computer or on a mobile device, in the same way the consumption will always be low compared to other internet browsers, this helps a lot since I have been able to access other applications, have applications or tabs in the background while Brave is running, the approximate and default consumption is 150MB on computers. I liked that Brave allows me to enjoy a built-in ad blocker, this ad blocker is fully modifiable, you can block ads from specific pages or you can also set it to block all ads in general, also if you want to disable this feature, you can you do it. Brave has a user-friendly design, the process of deleting data and Cookies is processed in just a few seconds, compared to platforms like Opera or Chrome that take up to 5 minutes to delete a browsing history.
Negative: The only problem I got in Brave is that this browser sometimes limits the loading of specific websites. When Brave tries to open websites that are very large or have a complex programming language like Javascript, this causes the browser to automatically stop loading these types of pages to take care of the overall performance of the computer and not affect the user experience. This seems a bit of a positive, but it is extremely negative that Brave stops the loading process of some websites that are heavy or take a long time to load correctly.

Summary: I had been using the standard Chrome browser for quite a few years and recently I became interested in finding an alternative that offered more customization and control of my online privacy.
I tried several but I missed the familiarity of the Chromium interface.
Then I found Brave - the search was over! Brave builds upon Chrome exactly where the original was lacking. It adds robust ad-blocking, anti-tracking code, browser fingerprint blocking, auto upgrading websites to https for full encryption, as well as several options to integrate with blockchain and open source technology.
Brave also handles ads in a clever way. You can choose to allow a certain number of ads per hour and by doing so you can earn BAT tokens. These tokens can be used to tip your favorite developers or saved up to redeem how you wish later. When I want uninterrupted browsing time I turn the ad blocker on. When I'm browsing more casually I will allow a few ads per hour to earn BAT from. They are hardly intrusive also which is great.
As far as privacy settings, Brave gives the options of " Off, Standard, & Strict " generally. This goes for anti tracking data websites can attach to you, cookies, fingerprint blocking (another tricky way websites can link you to your browsing), ad injections, and more.
Be careful though, the strict settings can cause many websites to lose functionality. I adjust the settings based on the level of privacy I want at the time. A good bonus is that you can temporarily disable the blocking when a website seems broken to see if the blockers are the problem.
Brave also offers quite a few advanced settings such as how DNS is resolved or how it interacts with ipfs.org. I suggest reading the Brave help documents before attempting to adjust any settings you aren't familiar with.
Finally, the integration with the cryptocurrency space is fantastic. It has a built in version of Metamask wallet and also can resolve ENS domains. There is even direct connection to popular crypto exchanges right from a new tab.
Whether or not your working with cryptocurrency, Brave Browser is fast, reliable, highly customizable (maybe a little lacking in instructions however), and can handle tons of tabs without missing a beat. It's also intuitive enough to learn as you go. If you come from Chrome you will feel especially at home, just with significantly more control over the tracks you leave as you browse and a much cleaner ad-free (if you choose) experience.
Brave is definitely now my go to browser whether I'm working or simply surfing.
Bonus Tip: Try the multi device sync feature and share your history and bookmarks across your desktop, laptop and smartphone for seamless device hopping. Cheers!Positive: -Top notch alternative for Google Chrome users looking for enhanced security, privacy and customization.
-Can earn BAT cryptocurrency tokens in exchange for viewing ads.
-Direct integration with cryptocurrency exchanges
-Fast browsing, efficient memory usageNegative: -Several of Brave's advanced features are lack usage support and instructions
