Summary: We have an unlimited storage agreement, so we resolve our storage space concerns where before BOX everything that was stored in documents shared a considerable amount of space; we don't currently have to stress about it. Summary: In short, we've been using Box for a long time, but upon analyzing other options I think we'll be making a switch to another provider.

Positive: My small non-profit uses Box as our main storage system for documents we'd like to share among our team members or save for future reference. In general, box.com does what is intended to do--keep your files secure and accessible from anywhere in the world. But their per-seat pricing plan can mean it's a very expensive option for those that just need these basic features like us (this is why we're switching to another provided). That said, there may be more advanced functionalities that we are not taking advantage of.

Negative: In my opinion it's quite expensive for a pretty basic service. Its interface is relatively efficient, but has no innovative design elements.

Summary: Sharing and storing files has worked well for us in our organization which in turn reduces time taken as no movement takes place while transferring files.

Positive: Box has improved user community in our organization.

Sharing and storing files in an encrypted workspace is another thing that i like too.

Negative: Box does not encompass offline mode for synchronizing files while not connected to the internet.
