Negative: Since we started using this platform in our sector we have noticed substantial changes, and we have not noticed any problem in the platform's functionalities, however, for some employees this platform has been a bit confusing and they have had problems adapting to the same. Currently, there is no type of guide for our employees to learn how to use Box and know exactly how to upload and download files within the platform. Explaining to our employees how to use this platform has been a task for us, since we already have previous experience, but it would be excellent if our employees trained on this platform with a personalized guide. As I mentioned earlier, we had no issues with Box functionality, we were always able to successfully send files and never had any issues accessing our main cloud storage, I hope these groundbreaking results continue.

Summary: Overall a bit more robust of a platform than Dropbox for small businesses or larger corporations. I don't love the interface as much as Dropbox however.

Negative: I could always ask for a faster upload and download speed, and the maximum file size upload was too low for a long time with free accounts, but they've since fixed that.
