Positive: The customer support from BotPenguin is top-notch. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, their support team was prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. This level of support has made my experience with BotPenguin even more positive.

Negative: None. However, the comprehensive documentation and responsive support team help mitigate this challenge.

Summary: A pricing and quoting engine that incorporated location standardization and automatic product mediation and mapping between various vendors. An intelligent rules based engine using natural language to process and refine result sets API's to support all functions via real time processing access to pricing, quoting, network, and location data. Support and continuous evolution of services in partnership with the CTO

Positive: BotPenguin delivered software on schedules, the quality of their work and code was unusually high. Their project manager oversaw the coordination of deliveries, quality engineering and testing, as well as delivery very effectively. When I had outliers that were usually "surprises", often BotPenguin would adapt and incorporate in delivery but was always truthful in pushing back if they could not make a desired ask. I pushed them hard, and they responded with incredible work ethic, quality, and delivery.

Negative: I should have funded a Configuration Management engineer to help the team.

Summary: I recently had the chance to interact with your chatbot and I was thoroughly impressed. The intuitive design and speedy responses made for a fantastic user experience. I also appreciated the level of detail in the responses, which added a personal touch to the conversation.

Positive: Accuracy and customer support, The conversational flow was natural and the response times were quick. I especially appreciated the helpful and informative responses.

Negative: I had the opportunity to test drive your chatbot and I was impressed by the overall user experience.

Summary: We are using BotPenguin for our facebook bots, responding to Facebook messages automatically. Currently handling millions of messages on a monthly basis and really great product.

Also, we have provided much feedback and they changed so many things to better our product and services. We have also used other services like ChatFuel but this best we found to hand.

Positive: B2B customer service and product feature available. Price for money. Very rich with bots offerings.

Negative: I like everything and can't fault anything really. Just the UI can be improved I think.

Summary: Great tool for Services and Online retail. Is able to provide meaningful resolutions to customers issues and collect valuable information for us. Once customers are using it they generally revert back.

Positive: Responsive to customer requirements and can be customized very easily and fast. The user experience has been really good. We used it on logistics platform and the customer which started with queries like tracking have revisited and turned regular customers.
The total number of our customers have increased by almost 125% since we started using the BotPenguin.

Negative: Initial Investment on the product was significant. There were some modifications required at the Launch which were addressed reasonable well.

Summary: The bot works its magic flawlessly and then its up to me to get those customers through my doors.I can't thanks Bot Penguin enough.

Positive: I had never heard of best and affordable up until I had met the developers of Bot Penguin.When they told me about the bit I was bit hesitant to have it installed on my website and social media accounts and thought it is probably just a gimmick.But I am so glad that I let the sales team behind the bot convince me otherwise.
Ever since its install I have had lots of leads and business through my website and social media which otherwise I probably miss out on as my customers just surfed my site and left.But this bot bridged the gap between my customers when I wasn't available to attend them.It will engage them by asking a series of questions and getting their details which I could convert to sales.

Negative: Nothing to say really, the team behind it works efficiently to make it run smooth all the time.
