BooknBuddy Reviews

BooknBuddy Description

BooknBuddy is a comprehensive software solution designed specifically for pet care providers such as boarding facilities, daycare centers, groomers, trainers, dog walkers, and pet sitters. This platform allows businesses to efficiently handle online bookings, manage service capacities, organize calendars, assign kennels, schedule grooming appointments, and maintain detailed customer and pet records, including vaccination documentation, waivers, invoices, deposits, and payments. Pet owners benefit from a user-friendly booking page and can conveniently access a portal or mobile app to manage their appointments, pay invoices, receive photo updates, and communicate with service providers. For staff, BooknBuddy offers tools for daily check-ins and pickups, reminders, detailed reporting, staff scheduling, and tracking payroll hours. The software integrates seamlessly with payment processors like Stripe or Square, while also syncing invoices, payments, and customer information with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero. It accommodates a variety of services, covering everything from boarding and daycare to grooming, training, walking, and in-home pet sitting, and is available in both English and French. Additionally, an optional AI receptionist is available to handle phone calls and texts, providing the capability to book eligible services on behalf of the business. This innovative approach not only streamlines operations but also enhances customer interaction and satisfaction.
