All-in-one booking system that allows you to manage and sell your activities and accommodation. You can take bookings directly from your website, and greatly reduce the number and frequency of phone calls required to confirm them.
Our Booking Engine allows you to sell packages and give your customers the freedom to choose how much control you want. You can use our Payment Form to collect payments using any payment method you choose. You can set up automatic reminders to pay a deposit or balance payment, and allow bookings to expire if they are not paid.
You can request information from your guest through the Guest Portal. You can ask specific questions, set up levels and select diets. The Guest Portal makes it easy to make your initial booking. Changing bookings, handling refunds, scheduling activities, assigning instructors, sending emails.

Summary: Overall, the attention and quality and care given has left us often wondering how the company makes money because we felt spoiled. To have developers who are clients complement the product should count for more than a standard review.
Positive: The amount of customer support not only during the onboarding but also ongoing. The company is willing to work on customising the software to meet your needs and the responses are incredibly supportive.
The software itself is well thought-out and replaces so many manual tasks. We were constantly surprised at how much it could do.Negative: That with some things, the only way that it could be changed is via custom code that has to be done by the provider's internal teams. This means that sometimes you want to trial something quickly to see how it looks, but you will need to go through a conduit each time. This would be seen as a pro to many though who don't have programming skills, so unique to us in this way.

Summary: We are very happy with Bookinglayer. Have been using this software for 10 years (were the first customer :-) ), and never thought of trying another booking system. We can highly recommend BL if you want to save time.
Positive: Great user interface with a powerful backend. It's like having an employee who does most of the bookings and administration.
Our customers find it user-friendly and it improves our efficiency by saving us a lot of time! Time we like to put into other quality things.Negative: It is a non-customised platform (would be prohibitively expensive), but the Bookinglayer team is always helpful in providing a solution so that the problem can be solved quickly and efficiently.

Summary: In general the program has satisfied my needs as a sales manager and operationally, since I had the induction with Diego Alvarado, an excellent person by the way, it has been very easy to teach the receptionists the use of the program.
The only thing that gets a little tedious is the configuration of seasonal prices and discounts, it is a bit complex and you have to be careful. However, the rest is quite user friendly.
The customer service is very good, they are always attentive to help and in general it is a super useful tool for those who are starting the hosting sector and for those who already have many years of working this we will agree that it is a tool that facilitates the management of the day to day.Positive: After having worked with three different PMS, without a doubt Bookinglayer has very useful facilities in the booking business, since it facilitates everything from communication to the management of collections and payments.
Its calendar is dynamic and you know you can easily locate with your day to day, the connection between the sales channels and the implementation of the channel manager make you have everything at hand without the need to configure or review another additional program.
From my experience I can say that it is the most complete hotel management and administration program I have ever used.
And even though the time difference in Costa Rica with the Bookinglayer staff and big, whenever I needed help they were quick to help me, but in reality the program is designed so that you can do most of the work yourself.Negative: The only thing I could suggest to improve is the handling of customer data with the credit card, as a means of guarantee to make effective the cancellation policies and damages, however you manage with the web check in in the files you ask customers.

I would also suggest and it would be very useful to have a mobile version, that way as an administrator or manager you can manage a reservation wherever you are, without depending on the computer.
An App would be great, where you can assign visual roles for maintenance and cleaning workers. -

Positive: Easy to use and very adaptable to our needs. Once it is set up, it pretty much runs all our bookings with little involvement from our staff. Great customer support, always quick and helpful.
Negative: Calander is a bit tricky sometimes, although we do not use that feature too much.
