Booked it review Date: Oct 31 2024
Summary: From randomly increasing fees (sometimes reaching nearly 15%!), hiding your money with no way of seeing the balance, delay tactics when emailing referring to issues, delaying paying your own money even when dates have been set, avoiding critical questions, asking questions you have already answered to delay a reply, removing money from your account without knowing, thousands of pounds have disappeared with no answer (will update if resolved), poor standard of work, and the list continues. A very disappointing experience, which has been raised to other external agencies.
We are also aware of other agencies that also use Booked it who are having similar issue with them withholding money and increasing commission fees to sometimes 15%
They also try to get your review deleted which is why you don't see many negative reviews online - They threaten legal action or lie saying your review was not genuine or they say you have reviewed the wrong company in their attempt to remove any negative reviews removed.Positive: I honestly cannot recommend any positives about this system as it is built upon sand. They have constant bugs and the code is old.
Negative: They don't test their development work which lost me sales for over a month. They take days to reply to emails. They are very shady adding fees that you are un aware of. They promise development work then it never happens and they blank your emails when you request an update on the development work.
