Book Appointment Description
You can view appointments by location and staff members. You can also view appointments for multiple staff members at once. The appointment duration is predefined according the service duration by default but can be manually adjusted. Client instructions and appointment notes can be entered while editing or making appointments. Online payment options can be set up to accept prepayment while the client books an appointment. Clients can send an automatic appointment reminder email to themselves, and staff members can receive an automatic appointment notification email.
