    Summary: I love that Apptoto creates appointments, manages client payments, and customizes client reminders. Apptoto has become our business texting service. It even offers to send clients birthday or anniversary messages!

    Summary: I heard about Apptoto from another attorney. Once I started using it I never looked back. We used to call each client at the end of the day to confirm their appointment for the following day. Now, we just enter their name and phone number and Apptoto does the rest! Love it!

    Positive: I love Apptoto in that the minute we schedule an appointment, my clients get a confirmation with details about their appointment. My clients also get a reminder 3 days prior, 24 hours prior and 3 hours prior to their appointment. No more missed appointments! Also, I was not aware that with Apptoto you can set it up so you can send someone a link and they can pay and schedule their own appointment! A huge time saver! Currently it only works with Square but it's a huge help in scheduling appointments. Plus their platform is easy to use! I just wished I had used Apptoto sooner!

    Negative: As an attorney, we used law pay to collect payments so I just wished Law Pay was integrated with Apptoto. I also use "Camplegal" as my client management program and would love for Apptoto to integrate with it as well.

    Summary: Fantastic. Could not be more pleased.

    Positive: I use this program a lot for a lot of different things. It provides me with a slick "online" appointment calendar which is programmatically is tied in with the legacy CRM we use to run my law practice. This then ties into Apptoto's email functions to send out appointment confirmation emails and sms messages. I also set up various email drip campaigns, each of which works automatically as a result of the programming done by Frank. Frank has been very responsive and has successfully navigated all my program needs. We keep expanding the use of the Apptoto functionality to make our law practice present more and more professionally. I could not have done all this and more without Apptoto and the programming prowess that Frank Cort brings to the table. Thanks Apptoto. Thanks Frank. Pricewise, everything is more than reasonable.

    Negative: Not a thing. Everything I ever thought up, Frank figured out how to do, and got done in a timely manner. Things like email drip campaigns and sms drip campaigns that for years I had wanted to get implemented, are finally done.

    Apptoto Keeps Work Flowing Smoothly

    Summary: I love the app because it links right into Google calendar and my customers that used Google calendar love it too because as soon as I make the appointment it pops up on their personal calendar. Many customers comment that they wish their Dentist or Doctor would go to this type of system. They are impressed that there auto mechanic has this technology while many in the medical industry aren't utilizing systems like this.

    Positive: 90% of my customers are cell phone centric, they live by their phones. It is not just a gadget anymore it is a personal assistant, time management tool, software platform, etc. When I input my calendar appointments several weeks in advance the customers sometimes loose track of the date and time. With Apptoto I have less cancellations which allows me to tighten my schedule even more than I used to. Also if we have a parts delay I can very quickly send an update in regards to parts costs and or delays. The customer can send a cancellation notice if they have a last minute conflict.

    Negative: Some customers ignore the text messaging because they don't recognize the area code.

    Simply amazing

    Summary: 100% satisfaction from us. I can't find anything wrong with the platform and in fact, i have never had an issue that wasn't our fault.

    Positive: Beyond the amazing customer service, beyond the fact that Frank the owner takes time to help make whatever wild ideas I have happen, this app just works. It's fully functional in all ways we need, and it's even been integrated with our Salesforce Org. Our clients are happy, and we're happy with it.

    Negative: honestly, nothing significant. I just find the pricing model a little odd, but the fact that we can pay the $0.25 for any overage appointment is relatively flexible.

    Summary: Overall my firm highly recommends Apptoto because it works well and is reasonably priced. If you are trying to keep your appointment schedule on track then use Apptoto.

    Positive: My firm has been using Apptoto for several years. It does a great job of reminding clients of their appointments through text, voice or email. We also receive responses back from clients/potential clients through the Apptoto system. Before we used Apptoto there were always several appointments a week where people just forget to show up. This effectively put an end to that.

    Negative: Nothing not to like. It works well. I see no shortcomings.

    One of the most usefull business automation tools I've been using for over 5 years

    Summary: I'm glad I came across this very useful tool as it has saved me hours of admin work and remembering to remind clients about their appointments as well as saves me having to deal with bookings directly. The customer can find and choose an available time slot that suits them.

    Positive: It offers an amazingly simple way to stay in touch on a regular basis with clients after their appointments either by email or SMS.
    Logical conditions can be programmed for every point of communication with customers. Great for different type of confirmations and reminders depending on the type or location of appointment a customer has.
    I've also found that whenever I've needed support the Apptoto team has quick and easy to deal with.

    Negative: Wish other products where so flexible and easy to use as Apptoto. Not really a con of Apptoto though.

    Summary: I have been using Apptoto for many years and find it to be the most flexible and reliable appointment scheduling system in the market, and yes, I have tried them all. It allows you to use your existing calendar and the level of customization is hands down the best you will find in any appointment scheduling software. Pricing is very fair and new features are released regularly.

    Positive: Flexibility, level of customization, automation and phenomenal customer service. Google calendar integration and reliability.

    Negative: The only con had to do with the inbox/outbox user interface, however, I just got word that they have revamped it and are releasing a new UI in the coming weeks. No technically no cons to report.

    Summary: We rarely have any missed appointments and/or confusion with appointment dates/times since we started using this program. My clients appreciate the reminders. My staff and I also appreciate knowing in advance if a client needs to cancel or reschedule.

    Summary: Whenever we've run into a problem, calling the service team and if Frank needs to get involved as well has been a very reassuring experience. I view them as a partner in our business.

    Positive: As a consumer we all have options. Apptoto not only built a great tool but just as important, they have great customer service- starting at the top with Frank. They have been helpful with integrations such as MS Outlook and our CRM. The schedule booking tool saves a bunch of time.

    Negative: No IOS app for iPhone or iPad are currently available.

    Summary: Love love love this program! It is very easy to learn, very easy to use and hard to live without! I use this multiple times daily and it makes life so much easier. Thank you as it has made my life soooooo much easier.

    Positive: Can schedule a text to go out at a more convenient time. Responses go right to email. Customer service is amazing with any problems.

    Negative: After 300 texts you do not get notifications to email.
