    The Best Automation Tool

    Summary: They are awesome at support. They are always pushing out new features. Love Bonzo and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a robust yet simple automation tool for their business.

    Positive: Super simple to use. Has everything I need from campaign builder, data management, email marketing, sms, video, voicemail, auto-dialer, and more.

    Negative: Wish there was a more robust CRM aspect of it, but their message is "we are not a CRM" which they are not and I am glad they are not. It is a very easy to use tool.

    Terrible Customer Service and broken product

    Summary: I would not recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a program or service like this. There are much better alternatives out there.

    Positive: There was nothing that was a Pro about this product. They advertise it to be easy to use but it is not usable.

    Negative: Service takes 6-8+ weeks to activate a number and they charge you full price entire time you can't use the service and refuse to refund you once you find out. Customer service quality is disgusting.
