    Great customization option for Shopify

    Summary: Overall a great platform, I would prefer some minor changes, but they definitely are great in the robustness of their platform and customer service.

    Positive: Bold Commerce has great customization options for Shopify. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful, they definitely know what they are doing and nuances around the Shopify platform. In addition, for their Product Options offering they allow for complex logic around customization.

    Negative: Though their logic offering for Product Options is good, it can be a bit manual and redundant. It would be easier if there were ways to copy logic for one set of product option templates to another, as it stands now if you have a new template you have to redo all the logic. They also currently have an issue where their upload feature doesn't work with the facebook pixel, necessitating using another third party upload tool, which is a bad bug to have.
