Another of Bluejeans's problems is that it doesn't have any free plan, this is a catastrophic problem, since new users won't be able to test BlueJeans' great capacity for large-scale videoconferencing. For me, these negative features are extremely small, and I certainly trust that the owners of this software will be able to solve them as soon as possible and make it just a free trial and the plans much more attractive.
