    Summary: We would highly recommend Beyonk for all ticketing needs - it's easy to use, visually good, and our visitors love it to.

    Positive: We loved how easy it was to set-up Beyonk, especially as we had no online ticket system before. Beyonk is really easy to use for both us at the venue and the user. The support is also really helpful.

    We find the system really useful for upselling events, managing our season ticket holders and our day to day sales.

    Negative: The only thing I can think of is the reports to be a little more user friendly.

    Summary: Beyonk has really enhanced the booking journey our customers experience through our website. The back office is easy to use and navigate plus we get so much information from the customer insights tool. They are constantly developing and happy to take my own suggestions and feedback on board.

    Emma Latham, our account manager has been on hand when needed to troubleshoot any issues and is very clear and knowledgeable with her explanations.

    Really easy to use. I don’t need to be tech-savvy — setting up events, tickets, and time slots takes just a few minutes.
    Smooth booking for my customers. The checkout process is quick and clean, which makes people far more likely to finish booking.
    Support is awesome. Whenever I’ve needed help, their team has been super responsive and friendly.
    Saves me a ton of admin time. Automatic emails, payments, and scheduling mean fewer calls and spreadsheets for me to deal with.
    Great value for money. I feel like I’m getting a professional booking system without the high costs some other platforms charge.

    Couldn't run our business without it!

    Summary: Very positive - since changing from a different platform (who changed their business and were unable to support small businesses) I cannot imagine how we would have coped with the constant challenges of running an outdoor visitor experience without the flexibility of Beyonk's platform.

    Positive: + Ease of use - being able to completely customise everything, from ticket prices and quantity, to time slots, to altering capacity in real time...brilliant.
    + Biggest pro this year is allowing customers to manage their own bookings. It has saved us so, so much wasted time moving tickets to new dates.
    + Complete integration by embedding into our website looks more professional than other platforms that take you to an external site. (There has been a few issues with this loading earlier this year, but it seems to be rectified) Please don't ever remove this option.
    + Help is always there when we need it (thank you Emma!)

    Negative: - Not a fan of the change in checking-in guests manually. We do not have a QR reader (the iPad we use for sales is too old), and to be honest we like making guests feel important by asking for their name - it's more personal, and we gain so much positive feedback about the welcome they receive . The recent change on the dashboard where you click "check in" as before, but now it takes you into a secondary page where you confirm the check-in is extremely irritating. Please reverse this change!

    Incredible Customer Journey

    Summary: Really positive experience, competitively priced and incredible customer service. I'm so busy with being in our business it's great to have a reliable ticketing partner, who I know is taking care of things.

    Positive: As our customers moved to mobile devices, we needed a new booking solution that made the customer booking journey effortless with apple pay, google pay and a simple to understand step by step process.

    I've had incredible support from Ella, who's been able to provide in-depth analysis of offers, season passes. She has undertaken website audits and updated errors, ensuring customers have a flawless experience.

    The in-person QR code scanning is incredibly fast in all lighting, its one bar code per group to save time, I'm able to check-in an entire group or part group if needed and see clear info about the booking there and then.

    The Back office software allows me to see vital info, refund or cancel tickets and reschedule effortlessly.

    Negative: All webpage based, would like a check-in app. Reporting has improved hugely since I've been a customer (2 years+) but I'd like to see more in depth day by day analysis to track our sales performance better in real time.

    Great booking system and customer service

    Summary: First time using a booking platform as a business and I don't imagine us using any other. Great customer service and ease of using the Beyonk dashboard has been currently very worth the fees. Only used so far with 1 large event and again this year with 1 large event but hoping to use with some smaller scale events in 2026, so will be interesting to see if all is still as beneficial to us.

    Positive: Saves on admin time as customers can manage their own booking which is the best part for us as we only have one person (me) on emails so it saves time that we otherwise may not using other platforms.

    Creating each product and integrating into our own website is nice and easy.

    So far, we have only used for one event in 2024 and the same event in 2025 so the ability to see the sales analysis breakdown and compare to the same time last year has been really great.

    Customer service has been great from the very beginning with everyone i have come into contact with. Currently being Jasmine who has been great and has even gone out of her way to suggest ideas for us.

    Negative: Nothing at the moment.

    A Giant Leap Forward

    Summary: We were reluctant to move away from our old booking system provider as we have complicated requirements, but the fantastic staff at Beyonk led us through the setup process and ensured that everything worked exactly as required. My initial impressions are of a modern system with all the bells and whistles needed from a booking system in this day and age.

    Positive: Easy to Learn system with fantastic support from friendly and helpful staff. Has all the features for us to move forward and increase sales in the future.

    Negative: None found as yet, we are a reasonably new customer and have only just started selling through Beyonk.
