A Giant Leap Forward Date: Aug 07 2025
Summary: We were reluctant to move away from our old booking system provider as we have complicated requirements, but the fantastic staff at Beyonk led us through the setup process and ensured that everything worked exactly as required. My initial impressions are of a modern system with all the bells and whistles needed from a booking system in this day and age.
Positive: Easy to Learn system with fantastic support from friendly and helpful staff. Has all the features for us to move forward and increase sales in the future.
Negative: None found as yet, we are a reasonably new customer and have only just started selling through Beyonk.

Excellent Product Date: Jul 28 2025
Summary: It's been excellent. The customer care has been incredibly valuable with a focus on helping us to drive tickets sales but also in making that process as simple and user friendly as possible for our team.
Positive: Very informative during the process of researching the company and they were very patient with all of my many many questions!
The onboarding was very thorough and helpful, we didn't feel rushed to go live before we were confident we understood how to make it work best for us.
The reports and back of house information are really easy to use and very helpful for future planning.
The whole platform is well designed, easy to use and intuitive. This is especially important for the members of staff who aren't so tech savvy.
The follow ups and product updates have been excellent. Beyonk are constantly improving their service and happy to take feedback on what features our business could use to make things run smoothly
General customer service has been excellent.Negative: There is nothing we don't like, and features that we felt could be improved have either already been addressed or are in the pipeline.

Summary: Really happy, feels very on the ball, helpful staff, great out of hours support too. Friendly and British company!
Positive: Fabulous account manager (Emma) who has become a real friend over the past 4 years.
The set up looks good and is very on brand with our 'brand'.
East to use for IT dinosaurs like me!Negative: Nothing, I am really happy and impressed and would need a lot of persuading to go elsewhere

Summary: We are very happy with Beyonk's booking system and would highly recommend to other businesses! Simple, easy, self maintaining system.
Positive: Easy to add and amend activities and availability. Integrated gift voucher system works super well and great support from staff at Beyonk for training and utilising the system to it's full potential!
Negative: Nothing - works well for our business. All feedback is clearly taken on by Beyonk and addressed.

Summary: Beyonk offers user-friendly technology backed by a helpful and responsive support team. Our customers find it very easy to to book. It’s a flexible system that evolves with your needs, and we feel confident in the direction it’s heading. We’d happily recommend it to other experience providers looking for a reliable, modern booking solution.
Positive: Beyonk really helped get our caverns back up and running after the pandemic and has continued to support us since. The system has grown alongside our business, and it’s been great to see regular improvements. We’ve built a strong relationship with our account manager, who checks in regularly and genuinely listens to feedback. Recent developments, including faster system speeds and improved reporting tools, have made a real difference to our day-to-day operations.
Negative: We’d love to see Square integrated with future timeslots, as this would help us streamline our payment setup for walk-ins even further.

Summary: Fantastic, easy to use software with the knowledge that if you need someone they are only a click away and regular calls with account managers helping to drive sales.
Positive: We have been using Beyonk for 5 years now and it has changed the way we work.
There was always over crowding at peak times and we now use the price variations and scheduling tools to increase sales across the day hitting less favourable times with more uptake in early morning time slots.
We can also offer prizes for local charities and event without loads of admin just send out an email with a code for the winner to choose an event at a time to suit them.Negative: We sometime have to block out large periods for private events and this can slow the system down.

Works well Date: Jul 26 2025
Summary: Works well for visitors to book and check in. Needs to be able to give visitors a vat receipt for their bookings, which it doesn't currently.
Positive: Makes it easy for visitors to book. It's easy to check visitors in using a mobile device to scan the QR code.
Negative: Not designed for group bookings for businesses. The integration with Epos now is too slow to use as a point of sale in a busy place.
