Bevaya is an AI agent platform created for property and casualty insurance organizations that want to automate underwriting, claims, and policy servicing workflows. The platform uses specialized insurance agents to read documents, extract structured information, analyze policy and claim data, recommend actions, and move information into existing systems. Its Submission Intake agent monitors broker inboxes, classifies incoming submissions, extracts data from ACORD forms and supplemental documents, and populates underwriting systems. Loss Run Processing normalizes loss information across carriers, while Policy to Policy Comparison identifies material differences between expiring and renewal coverage. Claims-focused agents can classify and route documents, set up FNOL and FROI workflows, summarize claim information, and prepare materials for adjusters. Policy servicing agents can automate certificate of insurance creation, endorsements, premium audits, and related administrative tasks that would otherwise require manual re-entry. Bevaya is powered by InsurGPT, which the company says is trained on more than 300 million insurance documents and is used across more than 120 production deployments.
