Behavior Manager Description
Students who are absent, tardy, or out-of-place (suspension or expulsion, alternative school) during class are more likely to fail. To foster student achievement, schools must reduce the time spent outside of class. Overall, the system is fantastic and does a great deal to replace the old school paper writing up forms. It is easy for students to be found, import notes, and discipline referrals to be made. Although there are minor issues that could be corrected, this system has been a great asset to our school system. You can avoid problems by setting expectations, creating effective classroom procedures, and teaching classroom management skills. Parents have a clear understanding of what happens at school. Parents become partners in the mission of keeping students in school.
