Summary: I think this is an incredible product that anyone should at least try the free account, but likely they will want to move to a paid account to use Ayoa at their full potential.

Positive: One of the best parts of the software is each team member can view items in the style that works best for them. For example, a task can be viewed in a visual style, Kanban, style, or Gantt chart.

I have used several mind mapping tools over the years and the organic mind-map style is the best I have ever used. And again. if a user prefers a radial style or speed map style then they can view the information that way while another user could still use organic.

Negative: The biggest weakness is the lack of integration or extensions with Microsoft 365. While there are workaround integrations, such as email to tasks, this has made it a harder sell for larger implementation at my place of work.

Summary: The 'self-guided tour" I was able to produce is a very potent tool -- having my friends and students be able to choose an area to study further, and then click on live links to content is powerful and has been very well received.

I greatly appreciate he ability to insert links to content I want my viewers to get to easily and quickly, and the fact that I can represent different topic areas with graphics as well as text so users can easily identify where they'd like to 'travel next'.

Negative: Some navigation is difficult, like trying to decide whether to click or hover on a cell -- each action produces a different kind of access.

Summary: Overall very good but needs to catch up with the features and hotkeys of Asana and Trello. Needs a global search function too. I recommend it but their dev team should step up some of the roadmap features

Positive: Whiteboards, Mindmaps AND taskboards! Who could ask for anything more. Highly recommended. I found this product by accident while viewing another GTD's ad on Facebook. The support is fast and get it done. It's also reasonable too for the premium plan. I have switched away mostly from ASANA to this.

Negative: Not many hotkeys. You can email tasks but they all go to one place. It's missing some of the ease and functions of Trello and Asana.

Summary: In general, my experience is more positive because I found the program completely useful and glad to use.
I also use it to educate my daughter, who is an autistic teenager and learn visually. So, I am creating a lot of her knowledge about being organized and focused on her goals using AYOA. By the way, the mental maps are a blast to support her academic learning.
I would like to get the full membership, but unfortunately, the price is too high for my budget.

Positive: - Almost unlimited options that let me organize my ideas according to my plan.
- Easy way to break my goals into small steps.
- The board offers another level of organization.
- The templates are diverse and a good commencing for a new purpose. So, no overwhelming beginning!
- Daily reminders keep your focus on your tasks.
- The mental maps even are terrific to help to memorize information.
- Synchronization with the calendar. A huge advantage!

Negative: - Sometimes, create the alerts can be a little confusing.
- It takes time to learn how to use the platform intuitively and take advantage of its almost unlimited options.
- The price! In my case that I am a student and a single mom, which results in impossible to pay. And its options to get the discount as a student don't let me get it.

Summary: In order to be small business friendly, Office 365 needs to be added. Having other integrations available would be very helpful.
I use the app primarily for brainstorming since there are missing features (ticketing) we would need to use as a service organization.

Positive: Includes MindMapping capabilities.
Kanban boards.
EverNote integration.
2FA capabilities.
Customizable with themes.

Negative: Not capable with Office 365 suite of apps.
Need more integrations.
Templates in the browser version are not the same as the ones that are available via the Android mobile. Not sure why.
Had issue with the Google calendar synchronization shutting down for some reason.
