Summary: Whether academic, internal workplace or external advising, Ayoa will fill many gaps arising from team engagement to solve any problem/issue with a more complete outcome!

Positive: This is perfect for todays "Online" world to communicate your ideas and engage your clients. Client engagement leads to increased client action, producing more understanding and service/product implementation!

Negative: I would like to see more color choices and more varying sizes of line size.

Summary: I have to deal with 3 different areas/businesses daily and I was starting to get lost.. Organizing all in Ayoa it's been a life changing! The internal communication, productivity, and many other things have gone to a faster and easier level!

Positive: I'm able to manage, organize, create, make all my processes from all different areas of my business more efficient. I don't lose track anymore!

Negative: I use in daily basis, I just see updates, and new features coming... nothing to complaint about it so far.

Summary: I love this program. I get work done and my team is able to work collaboratively in whatever or wherever they find themselves working.

Positive: I love that it's collaborative.
I work with a team of people. We are able to share projects, tasks, goals and dates seamlessly with each other. We are also able to keep track of what each other is working on and the projected timeline for being completed.
Additionally, we are able to arrange our workloads and dashboards in a way that makes sense for our individual needs and schedules.

Negative: Some of the features haven't made it from the desktop into the apps yet and sometimes development of the mobile apps is lagging behind the desktop innovation.

Summary: This is a tool that works for everyone. My entire team uses it for both work and personal planning.

Positive: I love the visual planning element, the mindmaps option, and the new whiteboard function. Amazing!

Negative: What is there not to like? The name is weird.

Summary: It's the best project management/organizational tool I've found for my visual brain. Big new features keep coming out. When I've had questions the help team is very responsive.

Positive: I've used a bunch of project management tools, and found some that are helpful, but none really clicked for me until I tried AYOA.

I'm a visual thinker and I have ADHD. AYOA has the visual modes I need for messy big-picture thinking and for clear, organized project management.

I have a monitor dedicated to AYOA on my computer and it's also on my phone. It's one of the tools that helps me be my best.

Negative: Ayoa is a terrible name. When I tell people about it, I have to repeat the name 3 times before they get it.

Summary: I'm excited about the possibilities and what I've learned so far! Mindmapping is one of the best brainstorming tools I've used, and Ayoa makes it easy!

Positive: Fabulous mind map generator. Love the different views. Also, I'm enjoying the whiteboards and a simplified task list.

Negative: I wish there as a way to export the whiteboards and task lists to a pdf like you can the mind maps.

Summary: I like the product. I a lot of thought was put into the creativity and accessibility of it. Very pleased.

Positive: The layout is nice. It is very interactive. I have enjoyed using this product so far and hope to continue using it.

Negative: It can be a little complex. I need a product that is simple.

Summary: Overall the product has a good idea of offerings, but I can't say that I feel the 156 annual fee is worth it. I am happy to use the product for the year and hopefully see some significant feature additions. I think your product is on the right track with the combination of features, but you will really have to mature each of those elements to keep me past this first year. Good luck.

Positive: Having everything in one place was a big draw (Mindmap, diagrams, kanban)
that said there is still plenty of improvements that are needed to make those elements flow together.

Negative: Cons/suggestions:
Mindmapping formats are very limited.
speed map is very limited and doesn't allow you to move nodes to other nodes. Organic does, but I don't like the look of organic. Diagram is not usable for me.

Moving lists to a Kanban doesn't really work well. I want to move individual items from a list to a specific category. I don't seem to have the option. Get rid of the "my planner", it just competes with the Kanban function and not very well.

I want to be able to add subtask in my Kanban planner. I also want to set individual due dates to a checklist item in a task. Also, categories should have the option to set a background for the entire category. Imagain a red column, green column, orange column. To be competitive with Trello you will have to really mature the workflow portion of Ayoa. I am coming from using Trello for years.

White board links should allow to choose some type of image or icon for that link. I don't like the icon that is pulled in by the URL.

Summary: I use Ayoa every day for an overview of my projects. It enables me to get a handle on the outstanding issues at a glance.

Positive: Ayoa is easy to use and produces beautiful diagrams. I'm able to integrate pictures and photos into the objects to make the diagrams more dynamic.

Negative: It would be great to integrate child diagrams in different files into a parent diagram for a single project and create a document from the multiple diagrams

Summary: Being retired a number of the very positive features that can be used by teams, is little or no benefit to me. Thinks that for a team, especially a project driven team would be very beneficial after implementation.

Positive: Like a number of features : to do list, task board, its cloud based and easy access. Ease of operation.

Negative: Having been a Imindmap user through number of revisions starting with 5 the mindmap facility in Ayoa is not as good and is in my opinion very limited in compared to Imindmap 11. Without being a team member some to the best features do not help me.

Summary: This solves a real problem for my team as we have different needs in how to view and work with data.

Positive: Simple to use.
Easy to set up.
Flexibility to view data differently depending on the user.
Beautiful, lightweight interface.

Negative: Cost - compared to other solutions, the cost is a bit prohibitive.
Color palette is a bit restrictive.

Summary: The experience that I have had with Ayoa has been enjoyable and I do not plan to use anything other than this software.

Positive: I like Ayoa because it is easy to use and I am able to stay organized and up to date with my work and also maintain a professional view.

Negative: I have no dislikes about Ayoa. I also recommend using this software if you are a beginner.

Summary: Overall it is a great tool! From start to finish, it was easy for a new user. I like changing colors with thought change. I like the flexibility of moving the boxes around to different legs!

Positive: I love the ease of use. I do many presentations and like to map my talks using key word to recall what I wish to say. I change colors for different subjects. I would like to be able to unify with caps lock and font size and bold if needed.

Negative: Each extension is brand new on font size and bold. I would like to have all the same without making it each extension to save time. Also would like to copy pictures.

Summary: Support is awesome! My remote for presentation was not supported and they wrote code to fix that! No other company has taken my problem as if it were their own problem and handled the situation with the seriousness that I would personally give to fixing the situation if I had the ability to. They just "got it" and worked with me like I was in their offices working to solve the issue.

Positive: Ayoa is intuitive in creating mind maps! You do not have to learn how to use it--you simply use it! The hardest part is coming up with the content that you want to turn into a mind map. That's on you. Ayoa took responsibility for taking the content you come up with and making it easy to quickly and effortlessly capture so that your thoughts and ideas are organized, sharable, and actionable.

Negative: The presentation view was way better in iMindMap. I feel like the presentation view in Ayoa is an afterthought. iMindMap had 3D presentation which blew EVERYTHING away in terms of getting and keeping the attention of those to whom you are presenting your mind map to. I am a university professor, and I will still use iMindMap before I go to Ayoa for presenting. Other than the presentation aspect of Ayoa, everything else is stellar!

Summary: Overall, Ayoa has provided ways to visualize brainstorming projects with my team virtually which has been extremely valuable during this time in which we have not been meeting in person.

Positive: I appreciate all of the improvements and additional features Ayoa has added throughout the year. The whiteboard is still a little cumbersome to use at times, but I am getting used to it.

Negative: Some of the features like drawing and adding lines are not as intuitive or flexible as I'd hope.
