Summary: easy to navigate, great filtering system for finding previous clients. Simple layout for your analytics and reports, as well as daily lead tracking. I recommend using AutoRaptor.
Positive: it helps me follow up with my customers from different sources of communication. I like that if different users are texting the same client, it creates different chat bubbles. I liked the email section as well. It's quick and easy to use.
Negative: it was hard to adjust to AutoRaptor from what I was using at first but i got used to it in a week.

Summary: Simplicity really easy to use I would recommend it to any dealership I think one thing about a CRM it should be user-friendly. Be able to post pictures call customers from the CRM.
Positive: It was user-friendly everything pops up appointments i’ve been in the sales for the last 30 years. Worked a lot of CRM‘s this one’s really great everything at your fingertips easy to pass the lead to your colleague for follow ups wonderful system like I said I would recommend it to anybody.
Negative: There really no cons to it I think it’s a great tool for the industry. Lotta dealerships should use it but they don’t. They rely on the old methods those methods don’t work anymore so I definitely recommend them to any dealership.

Summary: AutoRaptor is a top‑tier choice for dealerships that want a straightforward, dealership‑focused CRM with excellent support and strong lead‑handling capabilities. It’s not the most automation‑heavy CRM on the market, but its ease of use and industry‑specific features make it one of my favorite CRMs I have ever used.
Positive: Extremely easy to use, excellent customer support, strong lead management & communication tools, reliable and user‑friendly.
Negative: the basic day to day functions are so easy to use but the deeper features do require a bit of digging and learning to fully grasp all the extras that a lot of people miss

Summary: The features of autoraptor are fantastic. Easy to use and great access to customers. The AI is great when you aren't available to reach back out to customers yourself.
Positive: AutoRaptor helps with staying in contact with our customers. We've recently added the AI feature which is absolutely amazing. It takes on the role of communication when we aren't always available to send a text back to them.
Negative: There really isn't anything that i'm not happy with.

Summary: 10/10 would recommend I think the auto raptor platform is a great way to elevate efficiency and overall reach to customers.
Positive: The intuitiveness is something that you usually will not find with softwares like these! Especially at such a great price!

Summary: Overall the product works as described and with the many options that are available this was a good choice for it's customers.
Positive: The layout made it ease to use and kept us up to date with customer interaction. Work flow was simplified and tasks in an orderly manner.
Negative: For a new user it was difficult to find where you needed to be but after a quick tutorial that problem was solved.

Summary: Used this during the CDK outage, was a great little CRM and very affordable. Much better than any other option in a similar price range.
Positive: Easy to understand.

Summary: We have used the software for many years and it has handled lot of sales and communication with ease. If you are looking for a good tool that is not overly complicated and easy to use to help you stay on top of customers/leads this is a great choice.
Positive: The simple is easy to use, easy to train on, and easy to implement. If you want a no nonsense system this one works great! A lot of the other systems we looked at had very cumbersome processes and actions that it would take a long time to train new employees. This system keeps everything intuitive and requires little to no training.
Negative: There are some features/processes that would be nice to have beyond the basics on occasion. Reporting/tracking is limited to basics but has enough to get you the overall information you need, but maybe not always the deep dive if you are trying to analyze something specific.

Summary: Very happy with the system. I am able to manage more than 15 sales consultants and oversee the day to day activities.
Positive: Scanning of Driver License, loads automatically onto the system. Appointment scheduling and tasks function are great. Easy access to inventory. Follow up system worked perfectly.
Negative: Adding new graphics to a template is not so easy to do.

Summary: I give AutoRaptor a 10 out of 10. Give them a shot and it will make managing your leads so much easier in your business.
Positive: We have used AutoRaptor in my office for about 10 years. It is a tool that I could not live without in our business. Very easy to use and navigate. The daily reminders are a must in our business. When dealing with as many customers as we deal with it is one of the most important tools we use. I would recommend AutoRaptor to anyone.
Negative: The only thing I have not been crazy about is the recent change to the view all button. Although it has been improved recently it still is not as easy to read as before.

Summary: AutoRaptor is the most important tool I use. I could not do my job without it! I am now working at a small independent car lot although I have used AutoRaptor at big dealerships. Me and the other salesman that works here chip in and pay out of pocket because it is that important to have.
Positive: Very easy to use not a lot of bells and whistles but that's what is great about it. If you put a customer in AutoRaptor you are not going to lose touch! Some of the CRMs kinda forget the whole point is follow up.
Negative: I would like to set tasks to call customers back at specific times but this is a very minor complaint.
