Summary: Atera dose what is supposed to do and have constant updates to add new features. they have occasional performance issues which make it hard to connect to client computers.

Summary: I would give this product a 4.5, only because there are a few thing I would like to see on it. Overall a very good product.
Positive: I like most of the features of this product and really learning it fast. Very easy to use and all of it is in one place.
Negative: Message block on the invoice.

Summary: Very comfortable for a casual user. We don't use it for MSP but rather just to assist customers and validate their symptoms. Very reliable and low impact for that role.
Positive: Works every time without fail. I can depend on it being available and working whenever I need it. I appreciate its friendly interface.
Negative: Some features like restoring backups a bit too complex. Wish it was all more intuitive

Summary: It always is available and every update actually makes the product better. Priced better then any other system management tool . I have tested 8 other products and some have more feature sets but this has all an IT person needs in their company
Positive: Remote access, Windows updates applying when scheduled and monitoring of the devices. Priced very well for what you get.
Negative: This is built more for MSP's instead of for an IT department in a company.

Best RMM tool for the money Date: Sep 23 2020
Summary: I love this tool! I am trying to get things setup so that we can setup to offer to our clients, and to other Atera users NOC & Help Desk support for their clients. The fact that we can do 80% of what the other RMM providers offer for 10-25% of the cost is incredible!
Positive: 1. I love the fact that it has most of the tools and components that all of the more expensive RMM providers offer.
2. Very easy to create new clients and deploy monitoring and management policies.
3. Includes Splashtop Remote for remote access to client systems.
4. Supports Apple iMac and MacBook/Pro systems.
5. New Mobile app.
6. I love that they are now offering Webroot AV support as an option within the platform.
7. I like the ability to identify other items that are on the network via the network scanning tool.Negative: 1. No mobile device support.

Summary: Great solution. I love the per-user pricing, its clean and modern GUI, and the integration with solutions I already use (Webroot, Splashtop, Teamviewer), patch management, white label.

Atera is a great RMM/PSA tool! Date: Dec 23 2019
Summary: Its a great tool, easy to use and get started, Patch management and Remote Access works great! Tickets can be better (lack of canned responses and other littler things), but its perfect for small teams with limited budged.
Positive: Its very easy to get started and to familiarize with Atera. All features works out of the box.
Negative: Some recently added features come as "paid addons".
