    I like the easy way i can give support to me costumers and the fact that i can see online information about their software and hardware including HD space condition and pushing all updates.

    Negative: I added suggestions about it -
    I think that the fields in our customer service panel should be more flexible and removing existing original fields should be allowed.

    Finally something worth having!

    Summary: While there may be some very minor things that would cause one to list this as "not perfect", it's hard to find true perfection anywhere. Atera does precisely what we need it to do and it does it well! If there's anything that doesn't quite entirely meet our need, it's very often resolved in the next release! Atera was and is THE ANSWER to what was slowing us down as an MSP. It's hard to imagine you get all this at such an affordable price! Thanks Atera!

    Positive: Very intuitive, easy to navigate, easy to manipulate, low learning curve, constant betterments, constant updates, development listens to community, great company, powerful tools, fantastic pricing model with unlimited agents, easy for small MSPs to get started but powerful enough for bigger firms

    Perfect RMM

    Summary: Ease of use is there. Couple of questions with customer support during setup and they were on top of getting everything answered via their integrated support chat.

    Positive: I've used a few other RMM's and Atera does everything from one easy to use dashboard! From one click remote support to reporting, it's all there!

    Negative: No cons at this time. Have been a user for 2+ years and haven't had anything pop up that I wish it did.

    Summary: So far, I've had a fantastic experience with Atera. Support is great, and the forum is knowledgeable.

    Positive: Easy to understand interfaces, settings, reports, and monitoring.
    Configuring custom scripts is as easy as copy and pasting from your current library.
    Constant upgrades and updates.
    Shared scripts library helps a ton.

    Negative: FIPS compliance breaks the Monitoring Agent.
    Sometimes the UI is slow to respond (but it's getting better!)

    Summary: Overall, Atera gives professional monitoring in its easy to use platform. The network and unlimited device monitoring give me a seamless experience. It's an excellent tool.

    Positive: Atera is a widely supported remote monitoring and management tool.
    Because of lightweight, it makes it easy to move around.
    Allows remote access to keep track of client requests.

    Summary: Compare to ConnectWise and Kaseya, this product is like comparing day and night .
    No complicated menu's and clutter is GUI, minimalistic approach worked great.

    Summary: Went searching for help desk system when I started here. For roughly the same cost as some other cloud-based ticketing systems, I got a full RMM product. It may not have everything that some of the more expensive ones have, but it's pretty capable and easy to use out of the box. Plus, they really do listen to change requests and they update the product frequently, usually adding new or requested functionality.

    Positive: Reasonably priced, lots of functionality, frequent updates, they listen to their customers, easy to use.

    Negative: Not as full-featured as ConnectWise and Autotask but also not as expensive.

    Great for the money

    Summary: Overall I really enjoy the client. As a smaller business, I could not beat the price when it comes to a MDM. We pay per technician with unlimited devices, and it is perfect for what I need in this remote environment world we are living in.

    Positive: -I really like that I manage Windows and Mac machines.
    - I like that it gives me performance data remotely
    - I can categorize by domain
    - It has a built in ticketing system
    - Easy to install on a PC
    - You get alerts on machines you are monitoring
    - I love that it's cloud based
    -Can't beat the price with unlimited devices or clients.

    Negative: - Installing on a Mac is a little more of a dance than the ease of the PC install. I think this is more due to the Mac OS than Atera itself.
    - You have to log into the client on a mac where as the .msi file works without any additional steps except needing admin privileges.

    Summary: The layout and aesthetics are nice and easy to use and the functionality does increase my productivity.

    Positive: That this product is constantly being updated and patched. My experience is constantly improving and my ability to communicate with clients and take care of them is easier and more efficient with this service.

    Negative: Can be very slow here and there and some notification troubles where I don't see a ticket right away.

    Atera -- The Best Up-and-Coming RMM/PSA Wunderkind

    Summary: There are very few products I am willing to go to bat for. This is one of them.

    The team behind this great product has proven time and again their commitment and loyalty to their customer base and have earned high praise from me.

    Positive: - An amazing use it anywhere web interface. Said as someone with years using ConnectWise/Labtech and testing many other RMM/* tools.
    - Great community. Even greater community engagement Atera listens to and gives back to their community from live web chats with the CEO to the community feature wish list.
    - Speaking of wish list, Rapid expansion of feature set. In the last year alone the quality of life admin and tech tweaks and adds have been amazing. Integrations for QuickBooks, AV tools, backups, remote support, automation, and more make life even easier for not just techs but admin and support staff.
    - Tickets, Alerts, and SLAs. Simple to use and easy to understand, from admins creating SLA policies and deploying to customers to technicians creating and updating tickets to meet SLAs.
    - Per Technician billing! Customer with 100+ seats coming onboard and wants a discount? Fine. Atera unlike other RMM solutions does not bill per agent meaning more profit margin for me.
    - Rapid feature releases. Don't quote me as gospel but it feels like

    Negative: - More intuitive client/agent sorting would be nice but they adjust it every feature release so I know they are working on it.
    - They just added ticket scheduling (Oct 2020 Update) which filled the only other complaint I had.

    Summary: I love the product! I think that the pricing per user should be lower and there should be a sales phone contact number to get more product feature questions answered.

    Positive: Excellent RMM. ease of use. Great product overall. The incorporation of different services is a tremendous advantage over other similar products. We used N‑able RMM and find Atera is a more complete product. It also takes less load on our clients' devices.

    Negative: There should be phone support available, as well. There should be a sales team to help with product questions.
    Pricing per user should be a bit lower.
