Summary: Overall, Asignet has helped us improve control over our technology expenses and automate processes that previously required significant manual effort. I would recommend it to organizations managing complex telecom or technology environments with multiple vendors and large invoice volumes.
Positive: We use Asignet to help manage and gain better visibility into our technology spend. One of the biggest benefits has been bringing invoice and expense data into a more centralized process, which has reduced the amount of manual work required from our team.
The platform is particularly useful when dealing with a large number of vendors and invoices. Having more detailed visibility into charges makes it easier to identify discrepancies and understand where our spend is going.
There was a learning curve during implementation, especially around configuring the platform to our processes and data, but the Asignet team was responsive and worked closely with us throughout the process.Negative: Some areas of the interface could be more intuitive, especially for occasional users
