In seconds, you can create inspection plans from your saved templates. Once they are edited, add the design team to get your BCAR project up-and-running and submitted to BCMS. Inspections and issues are recorded against each element of the plan. This allows you to easily see which elements were inspected and when they were raised. Once the project is completed, use the "as inspected" feature to upload to BCMS. You can quickly and easily conduct inspections on-site using our BCAR app. To save time, you can base your inspection on a floorplan for a particular component. You can mark up images and make comments as issues are discovered. During your visit, you can view any previous issues and close them. Once the images and data have been synchronized, the contractor portal will be notified and the inspection report is created.
