Summary: Our company as a whole has seen tremendous growth since we switched to ArboStar. I'm just part of that process, but this app seems to be working for everyone in my company. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: I can sort tasks by priority, by job size, or by proximity, allowing me to manage projects easily and effectively to keep everyone happy. It's feature-rich, intuitive, and just makes things easier and more effective. I can get twice as much done with ArboStar than I could without it.

Negative: No cons to report of yet. Will update if anything comes up.

Summary: The rollout was excellent. We got a live demonstration with the ability to ask as many questions as we wanted. We trained the employees and now our entire business uses ArboStar. Couldn't recommend this platform more.

Positive: Tons of modules to help you save money and realize weak and strong points in your business, as well as dozens of tools to allow you to make the changes that are revealed. This is many apps rolled into one, specifically for the tree care industry.

Negative: Really nothing bad I can say about the app at the moment.

Summary: I'm glad we started using this software. Very good! I highly recommend this system. ArboStar rules!

Positive: I show up to the jobsite and I can see a satellite view of the site, with everything I need to do marked on it. I can see hazards and things to take note of, like hornet's nests, and can see at a glance exactly which tree needs what done to it.

Negative: It took me a bit of time to get used to pulling out my phone on site to use the app, but trust me, it saves you time and hassle when you get used to it!

Summary: This app makes estimating a breeze. I can't comment on the other features it has, but for estimators, ArboStar is the way to go.

Positive: Allows for quick and easy estimates, fast communication between me and the office, and intuitive navigation and learning.

Negative: Certain features didn't work on my old iPhone, but honestly the phone was almost a decade old so it was time for an upgrade anyway.

Summary: Get this app if you run a tree-care business. You'll thank me later.I highly recommend this system.

Positive: I love that I can see an at-a -glance view of how my business is doing over the day, week, month, quarter, or year. I can get sales reports, create estimates, auto-send invoices… the list of features is virtually endless.

Negative: Not a negative thing, but with so many features, the learning curve can be a bit steep. It's easy to do the basic things, but if you want to master everything ArboStar has to offer, it's going to take some getting used to.

Summary: I'd recommend this app. ArboStar is a very good app. Makes the work easier and is just an overall help.

Positive: This app has made my workday a lot more straightforward. I punch in when I start working, and can see a live map of exactly what jobsite I'm working on, including a birds-eye satellite view with all the trees marked ahead of time by the estimator. I can also use the app to communicate via the app if I need anything from the office.

Negative: Took me a bit to get used to. Our company previously didn't use any software like this, but after a few weeks it feels like second nature now.

Summary: I highly recommend this system to anyone in the tree care industry. This software makes job easier and more efficient.

Positive: I've used ArboStar for over a year now. It really has become the lifeblood of how we do business. It is incredibly feature-rich and includes a plethora of modules, from accounting to estimating to analytics to customer service, the list goes on.

Negative: Nothing major. Over the past year, if I encountered a bug, I'd reach out and the customer service team would address it promptly. And none of the bugs were anything major, anyway.

Summary: An extremely useful and thorough app that works from both mobile and PC. Report generation and data entry are quick and intuitive. If you're an arborist business, this software is definitely worth it.

Positive: Very helpful analytics and report creation is a breeze. Very effective modules for dealing with invoices and data entry.

Negative: A bit of a learning curve, but nothing compared to other more confusing software I've used in the past. There's an adjustment period like any software, but this one is quite brief.

Summary: Highly recommend this to anyone within the tree care industry. The modules and how they communicate with one another are incredibly helpful in getting things done much more efficiently.

Positive: I love the varied modules offered on the platform. There's so much value here that it's hard to say no to a product like this. Also works on all my devices and syncs to all my workers.

Negative: Because there's so many modules, each with their own functions, it can take a while to digest everything here. Still, the more time you put into learning it, the better the platform gets.

Positive: Their mobile app and online interface is nicely done. Lots of powerful features that all arborist business needs. It is affordable, easy to view jobs and what status they are in which is always a huge advantage when it comes to keeping track of things.

Negative: They need to create a more sophisticated live online booking platform.

Summary: This software is a lifesaver and ensures that you are able to serve more customers. It increases productivity and saves time.

Positive: I have fallen in love with ArboStar’s ability to automate repetitive tasks. Lots of the tasks in my workflow have been automated, and now I have time to do other high priority activities. The ArboStar platform helped to automate tasks such as creating estimates and work orders.

Negative: It took me some time to understand all the features of the platform. After that, it was smooth sailing and made my work easier.

Summary: This platform has everything needed to manage and serve my customers. It is the ideal platform and I will be adding other modules.

Positive: The ArboStar platform has seamless workflow capabilities. It allows me to take customer information from the initial call and create estimates, work orders, and invoices. This ensures that the workflow is fast and error-free. Using this software, I can handle more workload and work with many more customers.

Negative: There is nothing much to complain about. However, I countered some bugs, which were quickly fixed.

Positive: New UTM tracking feature made advertising so much easier. We can see what marketing channels actually bring valuable leads and service requests. By knowing what is working and what is not, we have been able to more effectively manage our advertising budget by stopping wasteful spending and optimizing the most effective strategies. This has sharpened our bottom line significantly.

Negative: Learning the features took some time, but the support team greatly assisted and made the transition a lot easier.

Positive: Before we implemented this software, we juggled multiple tools to manage our operations.Now, with this new software, all that is required is available at the click of a button. In my opinion, the best part is the scheduling tools. I can schedule the work based on the size of the job, where it is located, or how quickly it needs to be done. This ensures that our resources are fully utilized. Additionally, the app works offline in areas without cellphone coverage, which has been a game changer for our crews out in the field. All work done while offline is stored on the device and once coverage is available, there is no hassle with the phone automatically syncing the information.

Negative: The biggest challenge came from one of the older systems that we had data stored in that had to be synced with the new system. The team was great and helped overcome those hurdles, but it was at times frustrating when the data didn't sync correctly.
