In my opinion, the best part is the scheduling tools. I can schedule the work based on the size of the job, where it is located, or how quickly it needs to be done. This ensures that our resources are fully utilized. Additionally, the app works offline in areas without cellphone coverage, which has been a game changer for our crews out in the field. All work done while offline is stored on the device and once coverage is available, there is no hassle with the phone automatically syncing the information.

    Negative: The biggest challenge came from one of the older systems that we had data stored in that had to be synced with the new system. The team was great and helped overcome those hurdles, but it was at times frustrating when the data didn't sync correctly.

    Positive: This platform is absolutely phenomenal at automating tasks. That alone has been a game changer, but that's 1% of what this app offers. There's not enough space on this form to detail even a fraction of its features. If you want a true "do it all" app, this is it.
