Ansys BladeModeler software allows you to quickly design 3D rotating machinery components using a simple, specialized tool. Ansys BladeModeler can be used to design axial, mixed flow, and radial blades in applications such as pumps and compressors, fans and blowers. Ansys BladeModeler can be integrated with Ansys DesignModeler, which provides complete 3D geometry modeling capabilities. This allows for any number of geometric features such as hub metal, blade fillets and cut-offs, trims, and allows for the addition of any number of geometric features. Blade designs can be combined and matched with other non-bladed components such as housings, blade roots, or complex 3D tip areas. These non-bladed parts can be made directly or imported via CAD connections to all major vendors. There are no limitations on the designs that can be assembled and assessed. You can choose the level and type of geometric detail you require for your analysis.
