Summary: Shocking service, I would not recommend this program to anyone. They are unhelpful, they deduct a years subscription and do not offer any refunds.
Positive: The biggest scammers ever. Fraudsters!! Be warned, they do not have any refund policy in place. Bought the programme, they deducted a years subscription. We tried the program and found some flaws making it not usable for us. After 7 days of usage, they refused to do a refund. Shocking service.
Negative: No customer service, no assistance, no training videos, no support.
