CP Manager was created to meet the needs of agencies who are looking for a management system that will help them run their agency. This system was designed by an insurance automation consultant. It is very easy to add a client or policy, and it is also easy to service clients. CP Manager is so simple that we even created a webinar on how to make it so easy. We gave CP Manager to a number CSRs two years before it was released. They were not trained and received detailed reports on how to make CP Manager even more user-friendly. We'll share the details of CP Manager's design and the things that we did to make it more productive. This will allow you to create a productive agency, which will allow your staff to manage a larger business book. Your staff is sending and receiving emails multiple times per day. CP Manager allows you to integrate emailing directly into the system. This makes emailing much more efficient and takes a lot less time.

    Good Idea, bad implementation

    Summary: OK for those familiar with standard Acord forms. Very data input heavy. WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) takes the guesswork out of what the pringots will look like.

    Positive: WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) is a huge plus ; uses standard Acord forms for input. Good for report management.

    Negative: Too many tabs!!! Very cumbersome if working on multiple clients. File system is clunky. Very inefficient for workflow. COIs are 1 or ALL, if client needs 5 resent, only able to send one at a time.
