Affinety Facility Scheduling Description
The facility scheduling system can either be used individually or combined with the registration system. It can share data between modules and reduce administrative data entry. Parents, school employees, and community members can view and create pending requests for facility administrators to review. Administrators have the option to allow overlap reservations in the Affinety facility software. The system allows unlimited administrative user logins, as well as access with defined permissions. A user can have both a submit or read-only status. Our custodians can only view calendars. They will not be able to modify or create reservations. We offer a login that is specifically for custodial staff. This allows them to view calendars per building. They can also see any special instructions by permit.
