    Pdf reader for modern needs

    Edited: Jan 15 2022

Summary: The experience that Adobe Acrobat has given is best as it offers uninterrupted software with facilities that both professionals and students alike use to meet the demands. Printing options has quadrupled which included option to print in odd or Even pages. Amazingly amazing is what I could say.

Positive: Adobe Acrobat is one stop for all the activities revolving around pdfs. It has the inbuilt function to separate pdf books to individual pdfs and vice versa. Also enables to put e-sign without much hassle.

Negative: Adobe Acrobat has updated a lot since the time I have used, which makes it little to nothing to say against what the software is providing, which is only the best.

    Great Product

    Date: Jan 12 2022

Summary: Overall a great experience with Adobe Acrobat DC and as always no disappointments with Microsoft products. I believe that having the write tool for the job always makes it easier and less of a hassle to do the task.

Positive: Great product for editing, review stamps, comments, combine files and they are all very easy to use and intuitive. There are so many more things that is in the program that we don't use on a daily basis but it's easy enough to do a quick search and find out we need done.

Negative: I haven't dug into it too much but the snapshot didn't seem to work like the previous versions of Adobe.

Easy to use, a little pricey

    Date: Sep 07 2021

Summary: Overall, the app is great, and the price seems justifiable when you are using it regularly. I do think there is a massive difference between the free version and the subscription, and it would be nice if there was a middle grade option.

Positive: After updating to the monthly subscription version, I found the app very easy to use, and I rarely had problems using it. It worked seamlessly across devices, which was very helpful when switching from laptop to desktop to phone. I loved the features like blacking out data, combining pdfs, and reorganizing/removing pages. These features were really useful for our business.

Negative: Now that I do not need to use Adobe as often, and I don't need all of the features, I find it hard to justify the 14.99/mo price point. I would like to see multiple versions of Adobe Acrobat DC with maybe a 4.99/mo price option for some but not all of the features.

Summary: A great tool to use for multiple projects. Easy to collaborate with. Standardized to work in many formats.

Positive: Easy to use. Does so many things to make your work looked professional. Can work with Microsoft software.

Negative: All of the apps are separate. It would be nice to have all of the apps as one so that you don't have to search for them.

    My Go-To

    Date: Aug 12 2021

Summary: Acrobat is my go-to for quickly editing or assembling PDFs. Working in marketing, I often need to string together multiple separate PDFs and then make them all e-fillable - such a breeze in Acrobat.

Positive: Intuitive tools and options for editing PDFs, rearranging and adding pages, adding text fields, etc. Super easy to navigate, the user interface is great.

Negative: It's a little confusing to export as a fillable PDF - it's pretty hidden behind/under some random export settings that took me an embarrassingly long time to finally remember.

If you use PDFs, you need this software!

    Date: Jun 30 2021

Summary: From reading to creating to editing PDFs, Adobe Acrobat is the ultimate solution. Its ease of use saves a lot of time and headaches too, especially with its Creative Cloud integration.

Positive: Adobe acrobat was already amazing with its PDF creation capabilities in the app and as a PDF viewer in-browser. But with the recent update, it has gotten even better. The new in-browser PDF editor is so helpful and extremely powerful. You can edit any text just as well as in the app, and far better than anything you can do on Google Docs without the file conversion errors.

Negative: The app takes up a good bit of memory, but this isn't really an issue anymore with the in-browser features!

Negative: Besides the occasional bug, nothing I'd call a con to be honest.

Streamlines review process for large documents across the organization

    Date: May 24 2021

Summary: This is a super handy program when you need to get feedback on one document from multiple users. Especially when your review process requires collaboration between multiple people.

Positive: Acrobat DC makes the review process for documents MUCH simpler than anything else I've used. Especially over the last 1.5 years of my organization working remotely, it has been the best way to solicit and consolidate feedback on one document. Reviewers are able to simple drop little comment boxes anywhere on a file and write feedback that appears in the margin. They can see feedback from other reviewers (and even tag other users) so that the tool is great for collaboration as well.

Negative: I wish more people had the program! Using the in-browser version works for getting feedback from users without the program, but it doesn't work as well as having the app installed on your computer.

PDF solution for better information distribution

    Date: Apr 22 2021

Summary: Undoubtedly, one of the benefits seen since implementing this tool has been the notable reduction in time taken from creating documents to being able to share them, whether with colleagues or clients. Also, among the many features it provides, it includes the Adobe cloud. Adobe Acrobat DC is undoubtedly the best tool available for PDF use today; I have nothing but positive comments and would recommend this tool without hesitation.

Positive: Adobe Acrobat DC has been very beneficial to our organization. It allows us to create, edit and distribute information quickly and easily in a highly secure format that is easily accessible to users.

Negative: I would only point out that the version of Acrobat DC for mobile devices is not as easy to use as the desktop version; other than that, there is nothing I dislike about this tool at the moment.
