Fantastic - MUST HAVE BASIC ACCTG KNOWLEDGE!

    Date: Jun 20 2020

Summary: I have a thorough knowledge of bookkeeping and this is well worth the investment. Even the free version gives you most of the program. I use it for personal use, but if I was starting a small business would gladly use. There is inventory tracking, fixed asset tracking, (listing of company vehicles), and can produce Income statement by Department. There is a lot from a financial accounting perspective that you can do. There is also a human resources section, not too sure how the taxes would work though. If you're looking for detailed financial statements, and simple debit credit entries (similar to those in accounting courses), this is the program!

    Positive: Very easily produces IS,BS,SOCF
Easy AP/AR and general Journal entry (DR/CR)
    Can very easily delete/add accounts
Can classify each account by cash flow type, department, and budget!
There is a lot of flexibility in setting it up!

Negative: The BS doesn't total assets liabilities and owners equity
Must have some knowledge of accounting, especially double entry bookkeeping (this isn't a con for me but is probably a deal breaker for others)

    Adminsoft Accounts Company Response

Thanks for your great review., it's much appreciated. I would like to point out the software has two modes of operation. One for experienced users such as yourself and one we call 'basic' mode for inexperienced users.
