Summary: Very pleased with the software. It's user-friendly, quick to learn and effective. It's worth taking a look at.
Positive: Coordinating projects, teams and scheduling requires excellent organisation. Adaptive makes my job so much easier and saves a lot of time. I can see who is busy and schedule accordingly.
Negative: For the parts of the system I use, nothing I can think of. No complaints at all. If you ask for recommendations for improvement, maybe integrate emails within project management.

Summary: Very glad we took this software. We expect to remain long-term clients and recommend you ask for a demo.
Positive: This software runs very well. Our last software only worked with teams. Adaptive lets us add 3rd parties to projects so we can link to suppliers and other agencies. I manage budgets, costs of material and labour, can quickly issues like project over-runs and understand if it's time or budget. Team reviews are great as is file sharing - better than competitor products. Everything is very efficient.
Negative: A Programme Management Office was missing when we bought the software but it will be released in their next version and we look forward to the release.

Great CRM & Donations Platform Date: Dec 05 2022
Summary: Our team are very happy with the platform. It saves us lots of time and we have instant access to all the data we need.
Positive: The CRM is great for interacting with prospects as well as clients. We track all conversations so anyone can pick up the thread. The donation manager lets us store donation history and links to the CRM so instantly we have access to all relevant data, which helps manage campaigns. It's quick to learn and easy to use.
Negative: Templates for automated campaigns are not yet in place but will be in the next release. The version we bought was more pre-sales CRM.

Good Accounting & Budgeting Software Date: Dec 05 2022
Summary: Very happy with the software. Rather than a standalone accounting package we can plan and manage projects and allocate expenses and income directly into accounts as we have a single system running everything. Customer support are very good, as are the implementation team, who took time to make sure the software matched our business processes.
Positive: We implemented their ERP system. My role is finance and budgeting. It's useful that ledgers are listed by Codes as well A-Z for assistants. We customise chart of accounts, assign income/expenses to Purchase Orders/Projects, view trial balances and aging reports. Multi-year operating budgets are also useful for project planning. We look forward to their next release which will link payments with ledgers and automatically update entries.
Negative: I would have liked to see Bank Reconciliation and updating accounts based on payments. Both will be coming in their next release.

Summary: Yes I recommend. We waste less time and less blame game. It's very good for construction workers and site managers.
Positive: I really like the software. We communicate better. Work load is clearer. RFIs are very good. Emails were hard to manage as we get so many messages. Now it's all linked and progress is clear. Sharing files in the field is easy with our team and sub contractors.
Negative: If there's no signal underground we can't get updates but that's quite normal.

Really good product for builders Date: Nov 23 2022
Summary: Saves us a lot of time and time is money. We work better and maybe a little less to blame others. Now we see it all written so it's more clear.
Positive: Private social media is very good. to share ideas but also to complain with not showing our name. We use it on the site to share files and RFIs. It also has messaging to contact all people on a project.
Negative: Underground sometimes we have no signal so we can't use it till we get to ground floor but that's not their fault.

Summary: Great tool check it out. Builders need live data the same as office folk. This one is simple and get us what we need when we need it.
Positive: Easy to use in the field. Gets the job done. RFIs save us a lot of time. File sharing is very good for documents, images and recordings.
Negative: Remote sites/deep underground without internet might mean getting to the ground floor for a signal.

Great For Project Management Date: Nov 19 2022
Summary: An excellent tool for Project and Document Management, especially when different documents need to be shared with external users. The risk register is very useful as each owner can manage their risks. Definitely worth checking out.
Positive: I now manage projects much more efficiently. This is more than just Gantt Charts and milestones. It includes unlimited Projects, Risk Registers and Operating Budgets; records slippage, and time or budget overruns/savings, while accounting for staff leaves. File sharing is awesome, across teams and contractors, while filters and tags make it really quick to find anything. Reviewing and monitoring is better. We reduced meeting times and overall my work load has reduced.
Negative: When we first purchased the tool a full Program Management Office was not available but I'm told this will be introduced in their next release.

Good All Round ERP Date: Nov 19 2022
Summary: Very happy with the software. It's a solid ERP system with an abundance of functionality and Adaptive genuinely seem to care about our needs.
Positive: My focus is procurement. I needed a solid tool for contract management, supply chain, invoicing and inventory management. The software works very efficiently. Menus are intuitive and my workflows are now more efficient. All note threads are stored and easily accessible with full histories stored.
Negative: There is no full procurement tool yet to issue RFPs but this is being introduced shortly.

Very Good Program Management Software Date: Nov 19 2022
Summary: I was involved in selecting a project and document management tool. We have no regrets with our choice. It does everything promised and support is really good.
Positive: Project Management has been streamlined with this software. The right data is available when needed. File sharing is excellent whether with teams, stakeholders or clients. Task reviews and discussions are all handled within the software, I'm also impressed by the multiple security features.
Negative: There is no BIM functionality /technical drawing included.

Summary: This tool saves time and money even for teams of 20-30. For Mid-Sized firms I'd say this is indispensable. Set-Up is thorough. They spent time understand my standard work flows to make sure the software would work for me.
Positive: As a surveyor I need methodical organisation and easy access to all documents. Adding tags is very useful in case users store a file in the wrong folder. I can be as granular as required and store by BIM, Permit/Regulation/Site etc. Assigning single files or entire folders to external suppliers/contractors is simple and instant. If we make a mistake one click undoes the error. No more email errors. RFIs manage flows efficiently - no more wasted time in email chains. We just link all companies and relevant staff to projects.
Negative: It might have been nice to include some kind of BIM functionality.

Summary: Very pleased. We share files and data instantly. Flows are managed efficiently. I get low stock alerts and responding to RFIs is now simple and well-organised.
Positive: Great tool for RFIs and managing construction projects on site. Sharing files and file versions is simple as is finding all documents. The project management review took is also great. We keep updated and sign off on tasks easily.
Negative: No complaints. Can't think of any other features that I need.

Awesome Project Management Software for Construction Date: Nov 18 2022
Summary: 5 stars. We solved multiple issues with one system. We get the correct data when we need it, monitor and respond to issues quickly and reduce misunderstandings between teams.
Positive: Easy to use in the office and on-site. RFIs are awesome. Topics are grouped , discussed and signed off. This saves tons of time over email and works with clients and sub-contractors. On-site we can upload images and other documents and find any documents quickly with searches and tags. We get reminders and notifications e.g. low stock alerts. Our own private social media is pretty cool and has helped us understand some issues on site that construction workers might not have told us directly - it helps us keep teams happy.
Negative: I wondered how it would work in the field without a separate mobile app. It works just fine. Login to a regular browser through you phone.

Summary: We're very happy with our choice. It's quick and easy to use. They clearly put in a lot of effort organising layout to save users time. Support is also very good. Definitely check them out.
Positive: They spent time understanding our flows and made a few tweaks during set-up. We now manage workflows and documents much more efficiently. We share files with teams and sub-contractors, manage RFIs much better than email/excel and can perform job costing (material and labour) at different levels of granularity. Supply chain and inventory work smoothly.
Negative: We've no complaints. At first we asked if they could include Teams and Office 365. They tend to isolate from 3rd parties as a security measure. It's a minor point.

Summary: Very happy with the software. It's worth checking out. There is no heavy sales - just advisors trying to get the best match for us.
Positive: Document Management is a serious plus. It's simple and efficient. I manage workflows very efficiently and assign files and folders to team members or suppliers. The risk register and multi-year operating budgets are very useful, as is the gantt chart with full details, such as slippage and budget over-runs.
Negative: We considered taking their full finance module but it covered daily accounting not financial statements.
