AcreTrader is a group of land specialists and farmers working together to help farmers grow through innovative sales and leasing opportunities. AcreTrader works as both a direct buyer and capital partner to help farmers purchase and develop new farmland. Our process is transparent and fast, with an average closing time of 30-45 days. This allows farmers to add or maintain acres quickly and easily within their farm. We only review a small percentage of parcels to ensure that each offering is the best. Each farm and its legal title is placed in a unique entity (usually an LLC). You can purchase shares in the farm-owning entity. This can be done online in minutes. AcreTrader Management manages all aspects of administration, including accounting, insurance, and working with local farmers to improve soil sustainability.
