    Summary: I was very pleased with our transition from physical passes to digital passes! I thought this summer was going to be a nightmare and it ended up wonderful!

    Summary: The Access Granted staff answers any and all questions quickly and professionally. Any issue that we had during set up was addressed and when needed, our member application portal was customized to fit our specific needs.

    Positive: Access Granted is a great tool for HOA amenity management. The program allows our members to easily create their own account, upload their photos and add members of their households. The program is also a great tool for HOA managers to use to manage access to amenities for members in good standing only as well as managing amenity access to short term rental guests.

    Summary: Overall, I would recommend Access Granted Systems to any community not already using this system for pool passes.

    Positive: Access Granted makes it easy and simple for homeowners to apply for and receive their pool passes. It is also a quick process to review and approve applications on the administrative side.

    Negative: The only downside is that the attachment sometimes will not open for the homeowner which is just a matter of the email being re-sent which is a quick fix.
