Positive: One of the major pros is the user-friendly interface. It's intuitive and simple to navigate, making it easy for our team to manage access without extensive training. We were able to set up custom access levels in minutes, and the real-time monitoring feature has made keeping track of entries a breeze.

Negative: Not much to say with a CON as I did not have any hiccups

Summary: We use Access Granted Systems for our pool passes. Adam made it super easy to set up and customized for our exact rules and needs. It made our pool season smooth and easy.

Positive: It was easy to share the link with our residents and approve their applications as they were submitted. We like being able to research pool usage information and run reports.

Negative: We would like to see the system include the capability to tell residents how many guest passes they have on their account.

Summary: Extremely user friendly. When we have had questions, the customer service has been over the top. Speedy, helpful, and the best out there!

Positive: We loved how easy the setup was and are amazed by the customer service. We enjoy the various reports and tracking options. We appreciate that we can access the main system from our phones if we are away from a desktop.

Negative: The only thing we could think of would be to create an app so we can access when away from our phone, but the current access is workable.

Summary: I was very pleased with our transition from physical passes to digital passes! I thought this summer was going to be a nightmare and it ended up wonderful!

Positive: I liked how seamless the process was, it was easy to pick up and understand. I really appreciated the help and support I received from Adam Nagy throughout the summer whenever I had questions or problems. He always had the solution.

Negative: Pool members said they did not like that they couldn't see how many guest passes they had.

Summary: Amazing product. We switched from another, and happy we did. Cost was better, tech interface was better, with more options for half the price.

Positive: Quality product and amazing customer support available very often.

Very easy to use, mostly easy to manage.

Negative: A bit of manual labor to "move" new people over.

Summary: The Access Granted staff answers any and all questions quickly and professionally. Any issue that we had during set up was addressed and when needed, our member application portal was customized to fit our specific needs.

Positive: Access Granted is a great tool for HOA amenity management. The program allows our members to easily create their own account, upload their photos and add members of their households. The program is also a great tool for HOA managers to use to manage access to amenities for members in good standing only as well as managing amenity access to short term rental guests.

Negative: Based on our usage of the program, there are no cons to report.

Summary: Love the product from Day 1. It has made tracking and processing memberships for our pool very easy. Product is intuitive and my staff can easily manage it. Great product.

Positive: Product is very easy to use, has all the functionality that we need and more.- Second year using it and love it

Negative: There are no cons for us with this system. It is just what we need.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Access Granted Systems to any community not already using this system for pool passes.

Positive: Access Granted makes it easy and simple for homeowners to apply for and receive their pool passes. It is also a quick process to review and approve applications on the administrative side.

Negative: The only downside is that the attachment sometimes will not open for the homeowner which is just a matter of the email being re-sent which is a quick fix.

Summary: When all connections are made the system helps to manage and make pool access manageable and professional.

Positive: It give pool access a professional and safe feel. Members are very responsive to providing their pool pass code to enter the pool. It also helps us manage accounts for homeowners to access the pool.

Negative: Sometimes the connection to the scanner and internet is delayed and there is a need to restart which delays entry.

Summary: Friendly customer service, knowledgeable employees who are friendly when you need any assistance, easy program.

Positive: Friendly, organized, knowledgeable, was easy to communicate with and quick responses to any issues that would arise.

Negative: I have not experienced any cons with this program as of yet.
