Summary: I am an auto enthusiast that has 7 cars. Most of my cars are classics that don’t get driven as often as I would like but keeping track of when I took them out, how long, service records, tire sizes, battery type and when it was replaced has taken all of the guess work out of managing my love of cars and ensuring they are all receiving regular and recurring maintenance is essential to keeping them running properly.
Positive: It has everything you need for effective management of your automobile. I love how you can easily upload auto shop receipts to maintain expenses. I also like having the ability to track all sorts of vehicle information - VIN numbers, license plates, registration and inspection renewal dates. Maintenance reminders. Trip logs. It literally has everything you need.
Negative: I wouldn’t change anything . There is an easy user interface and customer service is exceptional.

Bugs render data useless Date: Oct 24 2022
Summary: Unsatisfied. We are now forced to export our data to another fleet management system. This was a waste of time and money.
Positive: Relatively intuitive interface. The onboarding team made it easy to get going. Theoretically sound concept.
Negative: Data entered on mobile devices does not match other devices and does not show up at all in main desktop view. Response from the company was to ask for screenshots and more screenshots but the issue is not followed up or resolved. Incomplete and inconsistent data renders the data and the entire system useless.

Thank you for your feedback. We have been working with you to identify the problem and understand your frustration. We asked for more info to help identify your unique problem so we can fix it for you. We have not had any other customers report this issue so we are trying to see what the issue is that is unique to your account.
