ARDOIZA serves as a digital platform for restaurant reservations and takeaway orders, enabling patrons to arrange table bookings and submit Click & Collect requests via either a restaurant's own website or an ARDOIZA-operated site. Restaurant staff can oversee bookings, manage orders, adjust menus, and track availability through an intuitive online dashboard and the ARDOIZA Pro mobile app, which allows them to accept incoming orders, determine preparation durations, confirm table reservations, and indicate when dishes are no longer available. Customers have the flexibility to pay at the time of collection or, if the restaurant opts for it, online using its Stripe account; the system also accommodates deposits and gift card transactions. Additionally, a WordPress plugin integrates the booking and ordering functionalities seamlessly into existing websites, while migration from GloriaFood menus is supported. Future developments aim to introduce promotional features, provide hosted restaurant websites, and support operations across multiple venues. Currently, ARDOIZA is exclusively offered to registered businesses in France and does not include delivery services, focusing solely on enhancing the dining experience for both customers and restaurant teams.

Pricing Information:
Basic costs €29/month for one website and venue. Essential costs €40/month and includes a hosted website. Pro costs €89/month and includes up to three venues and three website licenses. Additional venues cost €14.99/month for the second and third venues, then €12.74/month from the fourth. Paid plans have no minimum commitment and charge no commission on orders or bookings. Each account includes one 30-day trial; a payment card is required, and billing begins after the trial unless canceled. The free Menu offer includes a hosted menu, allergen information, a QR code and booking requests, but not online ordering or the app. Stripe processing fees are paid by the restaurant.
