AR Foundation Description

This framework is specifically designed for augmented reality development. It allows you to create rich experiences once and then deploy them across multiple mobile and wearable AR devices. AR Foundation includes core features of ARKit, ARCore and Magic Leap. It also has unique Unity features that allow you to create robust apps that can be shipped to internal stakeholders or downloaded from any app store. This framework allows you to use all of these features in one workflow. AR Foundation allows you to take features that are currently unavailable with you when you switch AR platforms. We provide hooks to enable a feature on one platform, but not on another. You can integrate the feature on a new platform by updating your packages, rather than rebuilding your app completely.
