Summary: Good company, but needs to communicate hidden/additional fees upfront. They should issue U.S. registered ISRC codes to U.S.-based companies. My main issue is them unknowingly deleting my account from the server, as well as not providing labels a sign up page for artists.
Positive: Nice system.
Knowledgeable staff.
Great opportunity for distributors and labels to release music by multiple artists.Negative: They cancelled my account because I hadn't set up any releases (though that was not stipulated in the agreement), and didn't refund my fee, after stating they would.
